The Challenge Current site users experienced challenges locating suitable content No search engine functionality Ever-growing archive of documents Maintaining an on premises SharePoint portal was complex and expensive Static web sites lack the dynamic functionality and features OACAS was looking for

The Solution

The Solution Self-service registration Approvals managed by the OACAS Everything is hosted in the cloud with minimal IT requirements Dynamic pages now automatically displaying tagged content Content authors can now simply upload content and tag it to appear within a desired section of the site Site navigation and search make it much easier to find information

Oakland County G2G Marketplace and G2G Cloud The G2G Marketplace was developed by Oakland County, Michigan Provides solutions from government partners and approved vendors to government agencies through an online store experience

The Challenge Oakland County s challenge was to find an extranet solution that managed external identities and allowed external users to create and service their own identities for various applications within the G2G Marketplace Wanted a cost-effective standalone business solution that would support authentication for multiple users across every platform in their industry within a time-sensitive environment

The Solution The Federated version of EUM allows Oakland County to use EUM as their standalone business solution across all of their applications

The Solution ADFS integration allowed Oakland County to authenticate their internal users EUM s cost model does not charge per user which allows small government industries to scale up and increase business initiatives among public users.

Los Angeles World Airports Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is the City of Los Angeles department that owns and operates a system of three airports: Los Angeles International (LAX), LA/Ontario International (ONT), and Van Nuys (VNY). Each airport plays an integral role in helping to meet the Southern California regional demand for passenger, cargo, and general aviation service.

Challenge Los Angeles World Airports needed a solution that would provide governance over external projects while enabling a self-regulated environment. Prior to implementing Extranet User Manager (EUM), LAWA managed their projects through standard correspondence such as , VPN, SEN, and SharePoint. LAWA felt that SharePoint out of the box did not offer them a place where external and internal projects could be integrated and managed as one.

Solution Self-registration provided LAWA with governance and compliance over their external contractors EUM s single platform continues to facilitate compliance and authority among LAWA s numerous external contractors and projects.
