2 Metric Definitins Instance Instance is defined as single deplyment f the applicatin. Fr details f deplyment specific t the applicatin please refer t service descriptins/entitlements. Fr InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service, ne Instance can supprt up t 3 terabytes f uncmpressed data. 3 Service Descriptins InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service Per Instance Part #: B86791 InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service includes the fllwing mdules: Oracle Healthcare Data Warehuse Fundatin (HDWF) Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integratin (OHADI) Omics Data Bank Chrt Explrer (includes the Extract Transfrm Lad (ETL) frm HDWF t Chrt Explrer s data mart) Usage Limits: The InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service is subject t usage limits based n: A maximum number f Instances as specified in Yur rder. A maximum f 50 Trials in an Instance. Oracle will prvisin three envirnments: Prductin, Nn-Prductin, and Test. The Nn-Prductin Envirnment(s) may be refreshed, at Yur request, n mre than nce per quarter prvided that the Database Strage size in the Nn-Prductin Envirnment(s) (i.e. Nn- Prductin r Test) is equal t r larger than the strage size f the Prductin Envirnment. Data lad fr a maximum f 15 cncurrent Trials with data frm InFrm and/r mics data surces. If Yu require mre than 15 cncurrent Trials with data lad, Yu are respnsible fr any required data mdel extensins, r Oracle may assist Yu with data mdel extensins fr an additinal fee. The fllwing usage limits apply per Instance: Metric Prductin Database Strage 1 (TB) Nn-Prductin Database Strage 1 (TB) Nn-Prductin Test Database Strage 1 (TB) Instance Up t 3 Up t 3 Up t 1 1 Database Strage is defined as the ttal space allcated at the perating system level fr database peratins, nt including database executables Fr Cntract Research Organizatins (CROs), this Service must be purchased fr each spnsr separately in rder t maintain separatin f each spnsr s data. Yu are respnsible fr purchasing an additinal Instance f InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service when the strage limit is exceeded r when the number f Trials in the Instance exceeds 50. Shuld Yu purchase anther Instance, this separate Instance will impact crss-trial analysis. Aggregate reprting acrss Trials is Yur respnsibility. Hwever, analysis f individual Trials will nt be impacted. InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service requires data InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service Service Descriptins Page 3

4 mapping between InFrm and OHADI via Central Designer, and the mapping must be cnfigured by Yu (r Oracle may assist Yu fr an additinal fee) during the Trial setup perid f the crrespnding InFrm Trial. The data mapping shuld fllw the guidelines defined in the InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Integratin Central Designer Mapping Guide, available here. The InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service includes the fllwing: Maintenance f the Prductin Envirnment Oracle will maintain the Prductin Envirnment in accrdance with the Oracle Clud Hsting and Delivery Plicies dcument, including prduct upgrades t new releases (ht-fixes, service packs, and minr releases nly). If Yu require data transfers frm Yur Infrm Trial(s), Yu may request such transfer by submitting a Service Request. Once Oracle receives the Service Request, the data transfer frm the crrespnding InFrm Trial t InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service will be scheduled. The data transfer will ccur autmatically n a weekly basis at an agreedupn time. Lading f mics reference data int Omics Data Bank. The InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service des nt include the fllwing: InFrm Clud Service is cntracted separately between Yu and Oracle. Cnfiguratins f integratins between InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service and individual InFrm Trials. Cnfiguratin services may be purchased frm Oracle fr an additinal fee. The fllwing are als excluded frm the InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service: Use f Central Designer t build the Trial in Infrm r t cnfigure InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics integratin Creatin f reprts by Oracle Data mdel extensin fr Omics Data Bank and Healthcare Data Warehuse Fundatin Functinal supprt, fr example educatin n the implementatin f lgical schemas in Central Designer and Omics Data Bank Data mdel extensins fr InFrm Trial integratin as defined in the InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Integratin Central Designer Mapping Guide, available here. Oracle may assist Yu with data mdel extensins fr an additinal fee. Users may nt dwnlad files frm Chrt Explrer; users may nt exprt genmic data via scheduled jb feature in Chrt Explrer. 5 If there is any change in Yur InFrm Trial that impacts the integratin after G-Live f the Oracle Health Sciences InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service, Yu are respnsible fr updating the integratin, r Oracle may assist Yu fr an additinal fee. Yu are respnsible fr data mapping f InFrm and OHADI via Central Designer, r Oracle may assist Yu fr an additinal fee. Service Level Targets: The InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service has the fllwing service level targets fr the Prductin Envirnment: Clud Service InFrm Advanced Mlecular Analytics Clud Service Recvery Time Objective (RTO) Recvery Pint Objective (RPO) Target System Availability 90 days 48 hurs 99% The Service Level Targets d nt apply t the Nn-Prductin Envirnment(s). The Target System Availability des nt apply in the event f a declared disaster. The Recvery Time and Recvery Pint Objectives d nt apply t custmizatins r third party sftware.
