1 Verizon Business Connection Product Change As of September 23, 2016, Verizon is no longer offering 1.5M or 3M access M bandwidth will be the lowest available. The strategy is to upsell alternative solutions such as Virtual Communications Express (VCE) or IP trunking. How this affects existing customers, orders in flight and deals in negotiation Existing Customers: Customers can continue using 1.5M or 3M access and can make changes to existing 1.5M or 3M as long as they don t try to change access speed to one of these grandfathered speeds no longer available. Orders in Flight: Orders prior to 9/23 with 1.5M or 3M will be processed. Changes are supported as long as the request isn t for the grandfathered speeds. Deals in Negotiation: All quotes that were sent out prior to 9/23 are still valid. After 45 days, the quote will expire and we will not be able to run a new quote for a 1.5M or 3M Business Connection. For more information on this product, info@mpgmac.com

We need to ensure: Deal Registrations are up to date with the correct info, products and ABV We have or you are working on getting an LOA You are actively engaged in the account and we have the contact person you are working with We have the correct expected SPA date All information regarding the account, relationship or the registration is appreciated as well. We will be creating files for each Account with the information needed as back up in case of an audit or if we need to prove our engagement, involvement or value in the account. You may be asked to provide the following information: *Partner positioning; *Vacant module or new rep; *Negative NPS, true churn risk; *What is PCM involvement, sell through opportunity; *Sales stage/time to close; *New attack/accretive revenue growth opportunity and timing. As Verizon puts it our fingerprints need to be all over it! TeleDomani is REQUIRED to submit to Verizon each enterprise corporate account we are requesting payment on IN THE MONTH the order is issued. WE cannot ask for it once the month has closed - and for agents that is 2 business days after month end. The team is aware that all SORT calls must be done at quoting on orders over 420K in ABV; all renewals over 600K must also be pre-approved; all orders must be accompanied by an LOA (special LOA for Legacy ILEC/VZT Services). PLEASE SEND US A LIST OF YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNTS AND DEAL REGS WITH THE STATUS OF THE DEAL and any notes on where it s at so we can make sure to update these for you. Going forward, if anything changes, please let us know! As long as you keep us updated in a timely fashion, we ll make sure your Deal Registrations are up-to-date!

Put Agent name in Comments of Deal Reg 3. Estimate value on the higher side & based on a full year contract. Verizon will only pay up to the amount on the Deal Reg. 6 P O L Y C O M On February 5, 2015, Verizon announced a definitive agreement to sell its local wireline operations serving customers in California, Florida and Texas to Frontier Communications Corporation. All landline local network services, Verizon Online, certain Verizon Long Distance service, and CPE from Verizon Select Services Inc., and Verizon Network Integration Corporation in these three states are included. The transaction is expected to close after March 31, What this means for you: All Verizon ILEC orders in these states should be sold by February 29 th All Verizon ILEC orders in these states should be installed and in the SPA report by March 31st Any open quotes will migrate to Frontier on March 31 st More information to follow!
