3 LOGGING INTO GLOBAL CONNECT AND THE BUSINESS CHOICE PORTAL

4 LOGGING INTO NEXT GEN GLOBAL CONNECT To access Business Choice, you will need to log into Global Connect Enter in your User Name and Password and select the LOG IN button Once you log in, you will see the Global Connect Home Screen Dealer

5 ACCESSING BUSINESS CHOICE GLOBAL CONNECT LINK Dealer To access the portal using the Global Connect link, select the App Center tab on the menu Under Sales, select the Business Choice icon

6 ACCESSING BUSINESS CHOICE GLOBAL CONNECT LINK If you already have access to Business Choice, you will see the Launch button on the pop up Click this button to launch the portal If you do not have access, you will see a Request Access button Please contact the Partner Security Coordinator (PSC) at your dealership to request access

7 ACCESSING BUSINESS CHOICE GM PROGRAM INFO To open the portal using Program Info, select the GMPI Program Information link under Quick Links on the Global Connect Home Screen Next select Chevy Business Elite or GMC Business Elite (based on your user profile)

8 ACCESSING BUSINESS CHOICE GM PROGRAM INFO The Business Choice Portal can be accessed under Incentives on the menu, select Business Choice followed by Business Choice Portal ; or by selecting the Business Choice tile on the bottom left

11 HOME SCREEN You are now viewing the Home page of Business Choice The Home page features important Business Choice news and updates NEW for 2017 Program: Commercial Link 3 Month Trial available to all Business Choice customers purchasing OnStar equipped vehicles. NEW Business Choice GM Accessories portfolio featuring commercial only accessories. Use the GM Accessories Part Lookup Tool for complete list. GM Accessory cash allowance no longer includes labor. GM Accessories new spiff payout scale is on the GM Accessories tab. The following two options are no longer available: The Commercial Powertrain Protection Plan. The OnStar Data Pass (4G LTE Wi-Fi).

15 PROGRAM INFO Program Info features a visual representation and breakdown of eligible vehicles The first tab along the side, PROGRAM OVERVIEW, provides key advantages for using Business Choice

16 PROGRAM INFO The next tab, VANS, features a table of Passenger Van, Cargo Van and Cutaway Van and the incentive options available for each Below that, each vehicle category is highlighted with their respective options, including a list of available upfits Scroll down to view the Adrian Steel Ship Thru option for Cutaway Vans Eligible for $400 in GM Accessories Cash with a minimum purchase of $400.

17 PROGRAM INFO The CITY EXPRESS tab features an incentive for $400 GM Accessories Cash OR $350 Upfit Cash with a list of available upfits $350

18 PROGRAM INFO The new MID PICKUPS tab features offerings for Colorado and Canyon, and the a Upfit Cash incentive for Mid Pickups with ZW9 or Box Removal

23 DASHBOARDS The Dealer Dashboard delivers an overall view of your BAC s activity within Business Choice The first tab (Dealer Claims) breaks down your BAC s submitted claims by Vehicle and Claim Package in addition to providing Sales information The second tab (Dealer ADI Claims) provides information on your Region and ADI

24 REPORTING The Reporting tab features Accessory and Upfit claims available for download You can also view additional details on the claim by downloading the Part Details report for each These are great tools to obtain specific detail on the claims submitted for your BAC, all in one file

25 COMMERCIAL LINK NEW! The Commercial Link tab features information about the Commercial Link tool available for vehicles with OnStar equipment Business Choice is offering a 3 month trial with the selection of any Accessories or Upfit Cash options Also available are resources for download, such as Hot Sheets and FAQ s

26 GM ACCESSORIES - SPIFFS The GM Accessories tab has videos on featured products at the top The NEW Spiff pay scale is displayed here and you can also look up the Spiff on a claim by selecting the Click Here to Check Spiffs button Enter a claim number, and if the Claim Status is Payment Approved with a Spiff Status of Paid, please check the GM earnpower website for verification of your Spiff payment JON JONES

27 GM ACCESSORIES Further down on the page, you can select to register as a Sales Person or Sales Manager prior to submitting a claim Select the appropriate button and provide the required information, including your GMIN, and select Submit

28 GM ACCESSORIES VIN LOOK UP Accessory Part Look-up by VIN tool is located at the bottom of the tab Enter in a VIN and select the Lookup Parts button A list of compatible parts identical to the list displayed when submitting a claim will load Note: For the 2017 program, select retail accessories are no longer eligible for the Business Choice offer

29 VIEW CLAIM To check the status of a submitted claim or to print the claim summary again, select the View Claim tab Search by entering in any one of the following criteria and click on Submit Select the Claim Number link in blue to view the entire claim summary

31 SUBMITTING A CLAIM - VEHICLE To submit a claim, select Submit Claim highlighted in yellow on the Menu Enter the VIN, click outside of the field and the Model Number will automatically populate Click on the calendar icon and select the vehicle delivery date You must select a Delivery Type from the list of Business Choice eligible delivery types. Note: 010 Individual is eligible for core products only. Due to system limitations, this delivery type is not listed here. Please select 018 Business Organization for these deliveries. Select Next to continue

32 SUBMITTING A CLAIM DEALERSHIP INFORMATION Vehicle and dealership information will be auto populated at the top Select your Dealer Code and provide your name, phone and address * Dealer Code must match the brand of the vehicle in the claim CHEVROLET, INC. Example: Dealer Code for Silverado 1500 must be for Chevy, not GMC Select Next

33 SUBMITTING A CLAIM CUSTOMER INFORMATION Enter customer information manually or use the Look Up Previous Customer Information link to search for previous customers entered in the system Verify the customer s Proof of Eligibility and then select Next

34 SUBMITTING A CLAIM PACKAGE SELECTOR Based on the VIN entered previously, the qualifying packages will be listed for you to select: NEW: OnStar equipped vehicles are eligible for a Commercial Link 3 month trial. This trial will automatically be added to your Accessories or Upfit cash claim.

35 SUBMITTING A CLAIM GM ACCESSORIES Once you select a claim package, available parts for that VIN are displayed as shown For this example, you must add a minimum of $1000 in parts to continue with your claim To add parts to a claim, use the Search by Part Number feature or open part categories and select by entering in a quantity Part Status is displayed for each part (Discontinued and Superseding parts are available to select as well) Note: Only the MSRP is counted towards the claim total Continue selecting parts and scroll to the bottom to view the total summary

36 SUBMITTING A CLAIM PARTS SELECTION The Total Package MSRP is shown at the bottom Also displayed is the Spiff Amount Eligible, based on the Package MSRP Enter in a PO/RO Number and select Next

37 SUBMITTING A CLAIM PARTS SELECTION Review the Claim Summary prior to submitting the claim To make edits, select the Previous Button which will take you back to the Customer Information screen Once complete, select the Submit Claim button Reminder: Parts must be ordered through your ADI. Selecting parts does not begin the order process. Note: Once claim is submitted, no edits can be made CHEVROLET, INC

38 SUBMITTING A CLAIM DISPLAY CLAIM The claim has now been submitted for processing The claim form will automatically download. Print this PDF, obtain the required signature from the customer, and store in the deal jacket.

39 SUBMITTING A CLAIM CLAIM FORM Claims eligible for the Commercial Link 3 Month Trial, will have a section in the printed claim form to inform customers about signing up for their trial Once the customer initials and signs the form, make a copy for the customer to keep

40 SUBMIT CLAIM UPFIT CASH As mentioned previously, depending on the VIN entered, you will have a few package options to select If submitting a claim for an upfitter, select the Upfit Cash Option, then click Next

41 SUBMIT CLAIM UPFIT CASH Enter in the Upfitter s information Below the Upfitter s information is an upfit category list to provide the invoice information See next slide for further instructions

42 SUBMIT CLAIM UPFIT CASH Invoice information is needed for each upfit First enter in a quantity, provide a Description, the Manufacture, and the Invoice Amount Add any additional upfits and note the Total Invoice Amount at the bottom of the screen Select Next to continue to review, submit, and print the claim
