5 How it Works: Process Flow Beneficiary Registration Primary Selection of Beneficiary Through Volunteer (VHC) VHC handovers selection format to FF Field Facilitator (FF) visits HH based on information on the selection format Monthly Registration List Print nutrition cards Identification number produced from database. FF Submits registration formats Field Facilitator validates data provided by VHC through physical verification FF filters appropriate selections & fills out registration format SO1 : MCHN SO2 : Livelihood SO3 : DRR Service Output Next Leve l Input General
