4 Session Objectives The session was designed to review upcoming improvements to the Timesheet (SPA) that will automatically go into effect for some customers on May 5, and all other customers on June 22. This session was not designed to train how to use the SPA timesheet and all its features only the latest improvements going into production.. Note: The improvements also apply to employees who have access to edit their own timesheets (detailed).

8 SPA Timesheet Improvements SPA Timesheet As we continue to add new features, we needed come up with a way to make room for all of the new functions on the page. Timesheet column setup is moving to the employee information area

9 SPA Timesheet Improvements SPA Timesheet The buttons we ve determined that are used least often are being moved to a More Functions selection list button.

10 SPA Timesheet Improvements SPA Timesheet - We ve added Copy/Paste features. Copy timesheet records to the clipboard Paste to override existing records (except date) with the copied records in any employee s timesheet Paste to append copied records )except date) to the end of any employee s timesheet

11 SPA Timesheet Improvements Copying Timesheet Records: Click the Copy icon for each record (all columns at once, or select individual records) to copy to the clipboard Click the More Functions button and select Open Clipboard to view the contents

12 SPA Timesheet Improvements Pasting Timesheet Records Appending Records: Go to the timesheet that you want to copy (append) the records to (any employee) Click the More Functions button and select Paste From Clipboard, add the dates and make other changes as needed, and save the timesheet. Copy the same clipboard data in the same way to other timesheets as needed.

14 SPA Timesheet Improvements Pasting Timesheet Records Replacing Records Go to the timesheet that you want to copy (replace) the records to (any employee) Click the More Functions button and select Paste to Selected, make other changes as needed, and save the timesheet. Copy the same clipboard data in the same way to other timesheets records as needed.

16 SPA Timesheet Improvements Additional Copy/Paste Information: Copying data from multiple timesheets and multiple employees into the same clipboard is allowed. Select Clear Clipboard to erase the clipboard contents. Clipboard contents are automatically cleared when you navigate away for the timesheets page. Copy/Paste is also available on the Daily Timesheet.
