As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we put a team in place to accelerate Global Service Platform (GSP) optimization by two years and integrate all of our systems into one relocation service delivery platform. I am pleased to announce that your organization will Go Live in our new system for all new initiations within the next few weeks. GSP is an intuitive, Web-based system, designed specifically for relocation operations, using relocation terminology and solely developed for the delivery of relocation services. By integrating policy information and standardizing workflow processes, we can focus on consistent delivery of service, more effective client and transferee communication and more efficient process controls. GSP also provides better access to information through a single source of data entry and online reporting capabilities. By implementing GSP, we can dedicate more of our efforts to providing satisfaction, generating savings and offering security for you and your transferees. 2 Client Benefits Global Service Platform GSP is an acronym for Global Service Platform. It is a global, comprehensive, easy-to-use relocation service delivery platform with true system integration. GSP is not just a technology solution; it is the combination of many different tools and processes we will use to satisfy your needs. This integrated system includes all customer services for domestic and international, client administration, supplier profile and selection and operations accounting functions. As we continuously look for ways to innovate and improve our business processes, future enhancements of GSP will be developed. New invoicing will be produced and you may receive invoices from both the old system and the new system.

5 GSP System Requirements Accessing the Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services Global Service Platform (GSP) from outside of the Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services network requires users to have the following minimum system requirements: Access to the Internet and Web Browsers Supported Web browsers include Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher. Other browsers are not supported and may work with unpredictable results. SPAM Filter The GSP platform makes extensive use of as a communication mechanism. Clients, suppliers and transferees are encouraged to add the necessary configuration to their SPAM detection software to allow incoming from the Prudential.com domain. Document Viewing Certain GSP documents are in PDF format and require the Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher plug-in for viewing.
