2 Parking lots In a parking lot, Control Panel manages occupancy, books parking spaces, controls access to the facility, registers images from surveillance cameras, detects license plates and controls collection among other tasks. Moreover, it is possible to create user profiles in which you can assign different modules or fields of the system. You can integrate the automatic guidance system, the control of occupancy indicators and other information signs into our platform or indeed any other device present in this type of facility. With this platform, you can receive warnings for lack of paper or breakdowns. In addition, Control Panel allows you to check cashier and ATM collection, knowing how much has been collected. You can also know how much money the ATM contains and if there is a need to refill. You can control either a small parking lot or several facilities on the same platform. Control Panel can link operators to one or more installations and create specific tariffs for each facility or the same tariff for all. Registered users have a web account, from which they can see their movements and make bookings in one or more facilities.

Apart from this, thanks to the IP Intercom you can communicate with any equipment. Inside the visitor managing module you can create a visitor schedule, manage the credentials for this kind of users or control their access authorization to different areas. With Control Panel you can manage access registration to a building in a simple way. Round control is also integrated into reports, so you can know at any moment if maintenance and surveillance rounds are being met as planned. Events: management and facilities One of the most important features in Control Panel is ticketing sales in enclosures of events and shows. This platform allows you, in a simple and intuitive way, to make bookings and sell tickets by different methods (APP, website, ATMs or directly by operators). Booking management is a fundamental part of every event. In our system we allow users to make bookings for tickets, parking places and other additional services and products available in each event. Facilities with parking lots can manage it on the same platform as the rest of their activity. This way, you can allow users to pay for their stay in the parking lot with the show ticket or separately. In addition, if a user has made a booking and/or has a ticket for the show, they can use it as a credential for parking access. You can integrate all access control devices into Control Panel. This option allows you to know the state of capacity at all times as well as restricting access to private areas. Our module Indoor maps is integrated into Control Panel so if you install appropriate sensors, this app guides users to their seats or to a specific area by following instructions on their mobile phone.

4 Smart city Control Panel can integrate parking meters, LED panels and signs, noise and pollution sensors, irrigation systems and any other device present in cities. From our platform you can check the status of the equipment in real time, knowing the collection of parking meters, the humidity of the ground or the level of ambient air pollution in a certain zone.you can also manage indoor parking lots and make joint reports or comparative reports. The integration of video surveillance into Control Panel permits you to display images of your cameras from any part of the world. If you add a plate recognition system, you can locate vehicles and emit alerts depending on the settings. Inside our platform you can find the system Where have I parked? that helps users to locate their vehicle. This system is based on Bluetooth and/or GPS technology. Users only have to download our APP onto their smartphone. This APP also allows you to pay on streets with regulated parking. Industrial parks Control Panel allows the management and control of different areas associated with industrial parks. You can access different information thanks to it. Visitor management is also integrated so access control is complete. You can pre-authorize the access of any vehicle or person and assign a person or company representative to each visit. Inside the mooring management you can display the occupancy of the harbor, allocate mooring places for visitors and collect for this service. Thanks to the automatic supply control, you can collect for the consumption of water, electricity and other services consumed by users. With this system you can avoid manual revision of supply meters. If the facility has a parking lot, you can manage it and the devices present in the harbor jointly and on the same platform. This centralization of information allows users to access with the same credential in the parking area and in the moorings or other zones. You can also apply discounts in sales or rentals of available products and services in the facility. Public administrations Video surveillance system is integrated into our platform and it allows the identification of people and vehicles in the outer areas of public facilities. Round and attendance control systems are also integrated into Control Panel to improve the registration and monitoring of the surveillance, usage and maintenance of the installations. The integration of the Tracking module into Control Panel lets you know the exact location of people or official vehicles being surveilled. Our sign posts are integrated into the platform, allowing the management of messages displayed on this equipment and their activation and deactivation.
