6 Project Highlight: Richmond Wellbeing Strategic shift in IT service delivery creates efficiencies and improves user experience for health provider For 40 years Richmond Wellbeing has been offering a wide range of mental health accommodation for people in Perth living with mental health distress. Cirrus Networks completed a thorough environmental audit, and found three main areas of concern. 1. IT team was functioning in a purely tactical, taskbased environment 2. Service calls were not solved properly 3. Poor infrastructure decisions with some legacy equipment was not working well Cirrus Networks partnered with Richmond Wellbeing to deliver an outsourced IT solution. This included: A 24/7 helpdesk Deskside support on-site Data centre infrastructure monitoring Back-up service through Cirrus cloud Strategic IT consulting Identifying infrastructure priorities to ensure equipment is kept up-to-date and procured cost effectively The new approach offers a more dynamic and proactive IT service to the user and aligns with organisational goals.
