This module automates the day-to-day administrative actives and provides instant access to other modules, which leads to a better patient care. It provides comprehensive data pertaining to Admission of Patients & Ward Management: Availability of beds, Estimation, Agreement preparation, Collection of advance, planned admission, Emergency admission and so on. The Inpatient module also deals with Ward Management: Shifting from one ward to the other, Bed availability, Surgery, Administration of drugs, nursing notes, charge slip and so on. 7 Doctors Module (EMR) with E/M coding Electronic medical record systems lie at the centre of any computerized health information system. The paperless, multi-specialty, multi-discipline computerized medical record has been implemented with this system. Recently E/M review system also been incorporated with LetoHMS to comply HAAD requirements. In addition we are having the Android version of EMR, which doctors could carry and make notes of the patients. This is mainly useful for doctors when they are making rounds in wards. 8 Radiology Management Module Radiology module caters to services such as X-ray, Scanning, Ultra sound etc. The system stores all the result details of various tests and makes a Report based on the Test Results. These Tests are carried out both for Inpatient and Outpatient. The system stores all the details (like patient number, Test Report like X-Ray, Scanning details) and for each scan the system generates a unique number for the image. 9 Pathology Module (Laboratory) The Laboratory module automates the investigation request and the process involved in delivering the results to the concerned department/doctor of the hospital/clinic. Laboratory module starts with receiving the online request from doctors and also allows laboratory/ reception personnel to generate requests. The Laboratory module supports to perform various tests under the following disciplines: Biochemistry, Cytology, Haematology, Microbiology, Serology, Neurology and Radiology. Tests are grouped under various sections and sample type (specimen). Based on the request the user can input the sample and generate the sample number. If the test result requires approval, the supervisor has to approve the result and it is made available to concerned doctors. Predefined reporting format and MS word type of reporting format are also available. 10 E-Filling System (EFS) Electronic Filing System (EFS) is introduced within LetoHMS make the hospital/clinic as paperless environment. By help of this module, patient information can be shared with required departments, doctor s entry such as Prescription, Lab investigation & procedure can be flown to the respective departments. E-Claim Module E-Claim is one the module in our LETOHMS Healthcare Management System that helps Healthcare Providers to prepare their e-claims submission to insurance companies and health authorities. It also manages remittance advices and resubmissions. Software is capable to prepare and upload the data for sending the Insurance Claims. It also provides to enter the ICD Codes for the claim submission. This Software generates the insurance claims in XML format as required by the Abu Dhabi Health Authority (HAAD) & Dubai Health Authority (DHA). This works integrated with our LetoHMS Technologies Medical Software, which uploads the Patient Information & Billed Data and generates the claim. E-claim Features Automatic loading of Data from the Billing software. Module for editing the claim and inserting ICD codes. Checks claims for missing information, valid procedure and diagnosis codes, and payer-specific edits improving claims acceptance Forwards accepted claims to the payer and sends a report to the provider on the status of submitted and rejected claims Module for Claim Submission & Re-submission. Payment Update into the software from the XML file received from the insurance company Automatic reconciliation Shows the amount settled on each claim Rejected/partially settled claims shows Denial Code with descriptions.
