2 ABOUT US Jaya Grocer was founded in 2007 by individual who had the vision for a good value supermarket grocer to meet the discerning appetite of Klang Valley residents for quality household food products and goods for their everyday needs. We have more than 20 outlets for the past 10 years and become the largest premium supermarket in Malaysia and continue growing and serving our customers. We are the first supermarket to introduce Malaysians to the "Grocerant" experience - fresh from the store, freshly cooked and served concept. With Jaya Grocer Online, we are a one-stop online centre for all your daily needs.

3 WHY NEW ERP FINANCE MODULE IS REQUIRED? Lack of business process automation which requires a lot of manual data entry Manual intervention and data massaging after receiving files from front end systems, which is prone to human error Lack of visibility on data massaging due to different database No integration from any system, e.g. Point of Sales (POS) & inventory system Manual posting of sales, collection, purchases, inter branch transfer, inventory, etc. based on report from POS system, hardcopy. 4 databases due to current capacity of the finance system not able to support
