To prevent the need for suballocating extremely small dollar amounts, the NV EIM Entity will impose a $10,000 materiality threshold to all MO recalculation settlement statements issued after T+9M as follows: MO settlement statements and recalculation statements issued up to T+9M will be sub-allocated in accordance with Attachment P of the OATT. MO recalculation settlement statements issued after T+9M will be sub allocated only if the incremental change from the prior invoice to the NV EIM Entity shows a total difference of a payment or charge greater than $10,000. Within 5 business days of placing the Application in NITS on OASIS in the QUEUED Status, the following supplemental information must be completed and provided to the Transmission Provider (attachments available on OASIS): a. The Supplemental Application; b. The Supplemental Designated Network Resource (DNR) Information spreadsheet; c. A deposit approximating the charge for one month of service; d. A Service Agreement found in Attachment F or Attachment F-1, as applicable, of the Tariff; e. A Transmission Reduction Plan; and f. An executed Network Operating Agreement found in Attachment G of the Tariff. 14

27 Action Items Annual Required Submittals 9.1. The following submittals will be ed to the Transmission Provider pursuant to Attachment G of the Tariff: 1. By January 10th of each year, the Network Customer will submit loads and resource plans. The Transmission Provider requests the 10 year forecast be updated as a part of this submittal in the format approved and provided by the Transmission Provider and uploaded to the NITS on OASIS Load Template. In addition, the Network Customer must provide information on any planned transmission facility additions or upgrades and expected loads, which may affect their Network service. 2. By February 10th of each year, the Network Customer will provide to the Transmission Provider the maintenance schedules and planned outages of each of its designated network generating resources directly interconnected to the Transmission Provider s Transmission System for the next year.
