3 INTRODUCTION Established in 2014, Project360 is an entirely new approach to residential and commercial construction management, from concept to completion. No matter the size of the project, Project360 is committed to helping clients understand the process and proficient in executing the steps necessary to ensure a high quality build. Project360 have formed valuable relationships with the best consultants and construction specialists throughout New Zealand. We believe attention to detail is essential to delivering a successful build. 4 WHAT WE DO Our involvement in all projects is from origination through to completion. Our aim is to identify opportunities, manage risk, create value and deliver projects to an exceptionally high standard. Everyone we work with has their own unique strengths which allows us to develop a team who are ideally suited to each project. During the design and development phases we manage the project from a cost perspective through to on site management. Our team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors are hands on, have vast experience in construction and team management as well as value engineering.

5 WHO WE ARE We are Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who are a close group, passionate about architecture, design, construction and making our projects an enjoyable journey. We like to have fun! Therefore, our head office is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, with a satellite office in Auckland. Our view on life crosses over to our workplace ethics ensuring our projects are team focused, vibrant and executed to a high level.

6 OUR RANGE OF SERVICES FEASIBILITY SERVICES When considering purchasing land for development, or planning a new residential or commercial project, it s critical to first understand the cost implications. Project360 s feasibility services help develop the project s concept and verify financial viability. Prepared for single family homes, apartments, offices, or multi-use developments, these studies incorporate debt and equity needs, rates of return and land valuation. QUANTITY SURVEYING Project360 s team of Quantity Surveyors take care of financial matters from precontract budgeting and cost negotiations, to the final payment claim. Cost control throughout any development is essential. Our Quantity Surveyors provide professional cost management, reporting and advice. 7 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project360 s Project Managers are specialists in all facets of residential and commercial development. During the construction process they re on-site weekly meeting with contractors, consultants and health and safety to make sure the project s running smoothly. Clients receive weekly updates and more detailed monthly reports covering construction, tracking progress, and addressing questions that may arise. Our Project Managers work alongside building contractors to ensure the construction programme is executed successfully. 8 FROM IDEATION TO CREATION IDEATION IMPLEMENTATION Round table discussion for us to better understand your vision, budget & let us advise you. 1. CONSULTANTS In collaboration with the client(s) Project360 will select the best consultants for the project, i.e. architect, engineers, interior designers. 2. REVIEW CONCEPTS Preliminary concept drawings are then prepared, reviewed, and revised as necessary based on client feedback. 3. PRELIMINARY BUDGET An estimated cost is derived from the concept drawings, allowing the client to continue or make changes more aligned to their budget. 4. VALUE ENGINEERING During developed design we work alongside the architect, reviewing drawings, offering alternatives and managing cost. Allowing us to keep the client informed and the project on target.

9 CREATION 5. FINAL PLANS / CONSENTS The final plans and documentation are prepared, reviewed with the client, and cross-checked by Project360 before consent applications are processed (allow 6-8 weeks for a standard build). 6. CONTRACTOR TENDERS While the consents are in process, the plans and documentation are sent to contractors for final pricing and scheduling. During construction Project360 manages all aspects of the project, including on site management, team collaboration and reporting. Project360 will provide the client regular reports, including detailed project and budget updates. At completion, the local authority will issue a code compliance. Project360 will complete a final quality check and issue a maintenance programme before the client takes possession of their new property. 7. FINAL BUDGETS / CONTRACTS In collaboration with the client, contractors will be accepted based on price and availability. Contracts are then signed and dates set allowing the project to commence. MONTHLY REPORTS INCLUDE Work completed, targets achieved/missed, photos Client approved program revisions (if any) Cost and expenditure analysis Contractor invoices, client approved variations (if any) Targets/goals for the following month
