3 Contract Manager Contract Manager supports the Editorial Department in the acquisition process of intellectual property be it from authors, agencies, or other publishers. Contract Manager provides a clear overview of all active projects with status information on rights acquisition, negotiated terms, and monetary aspects of a deal. Changes in contractual terms will be tracked in the system. Follow-up tasks can monitored using the dashboard. Communication activities such as s, letters, notes, etc. can be stored related to a project, so staff in Editorial can get a complete overview of the negotiation process at any time. Contract Workflow Manager Contract Workflow Manager enables you to easily create and manage contract documents and ensures the transparency and manageability of the signature process. Modifications to contract data can be tracked by comparing the different contract versions that are saved in the system. You can actively intervene in the workflow from within Contract Workflow Manager, for example, by sending reminders to the people responsible for certain tasks. A contract in the "Contracts" module of the Klopotek Classic Line is linked to a workflow controlled via the Contract Workflow Manager.
