1 1 Greenway Health Corporate overview Greenway technologies was founded in 1998, and is headquartered in Carrollton, GA. It was one of the first companies to create a fully integrated electronic health record and practice management solution. In November of 2011, Greenway acquired CySolutions, Inc., a provider of integrated information technology solutions for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and other community health centers (CHCs). In February 2012 Greenway Medical went public on the New York Stock Exchange under GWAY. In July of 2013 Vitera Healthcare acquired SuccessEHS, and in November of 2013, Vitera Healthcare Solutions and Greenway Health combined. This brought in additional strengths and diverse code and interoperability challenges. Greenway is a large and sophisticated medical records company. Greenway has a team of more than 1,800 clinical practice, financial and technology experts. The company makes up almost 10 percent of the ambulatory HIT market and partners with over 10,000 organizations and 75,000 providers across more than 40 specialties. PrimeSuite can be run on-premise or hosted in the Cloud. More small practices using Greenway PrimeSuite are hosting in the Cloud than on-premise. PrimeSuite is composed of the PrimeChart EHR and its Practice Manager (PM) component. Since they are so thoroughly integrated, we will discuss them together. Greenway is working hard at interoperability concepts with their own three products: PrimeSuite, SuccessEHS, and VItera, and also offers API-friendly software PrimeSuite can be scaled to fit any sized practice Weaknesses: The merging of 3 different EHR products into one company has created some confusion in how things are handled Customer support could be much better. Users often complain of long waits in getting issues resolved Many of the signature modules, such as Prime Speech, which are quite remarkable, are add-ons and add steeper costs to the EHR price.

3 3 Awards and Certifications: Greenway s PrimeSUITE Receives 2014 ONC HIT Certification as Complete EHR. It is Certified for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use. It also achieved a 2014 Blackbook ranking of #1, and a 2014 Best in KLAS award: for practice of 1-10 docs, number 5. For practices with doctors, it ranks as number 4. Add-on features PrimeSuite offers many add-on functions which are not all part of the basic PrimeSuite package and need to be paid for separately. Different VARS may integrate and price them differently. PrimeMobile PrimeSuite s PrimeMobile is a winner of Intel's Innovation Award and a Gold Winner in design 100 s 2014 US Mobile & App Design Awards. It allows remote, two-way integration of complete ambulatory and hospital-based patient data residing in Greenway s PrimeSUITE electronic health record. 4 4 PrimeEXCHANGE PrimeEXCHANGE is an interoperability engine that allows data exchange between your practice, different vendors, from external labs to payers and more other practices and the entire healthcare and stakeholder community. PrimeIMAGE PrimeIMAGE capture diagnostic images, data, and reports to store, reference within PrimeSuite. PrimePatient This is a secure patient web portal, and includes appointment scheduling, preregistration, refill requests, bill pay and access to personal health record (PHR) from any location. Patients will also be able to update health information and changes to their condition. They control and choose who to securely share information with from their family members to trusted caregivers. PeopleLYNK People LYNK is a CRM-type tool for a practice, connecting doctor, patients, and the data housed within PrimeSuite. It includes: Appointment notifications Patient reminders and Recalls slab: Inform patients of lab results No-shows: Notify patients of missed appointments Prescriptions: Notify patients when a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy Birthdays: Send birthday messages to patients based on age and/or sex PrimeResearch PrimeRESEARCH is for practices that would like to enlist in clinical studies. PrimeRESEARCH enables innovative methods of site selection, patient recruitment, source data capture, and remote trial monitoring. This "EHR-enabled research has been used in more than 40 clinical studies, including Phase II-IV, Observational, Registry and Safety studies, across a range of therapeutic areas. PrimeSpeech PrimeSPEECH provides a medical dictation & transcription software solution for your practice. PrimeSPEECH uses Natural Language Processing and transforms legacy dictation functions into clinical tools. PrimeRCM An advanced revenue cycle management (RCM) service that helps physician practices reach

5 5 their financial objectives by streamlining the collection, utilization and delivery of critical patient and claims information. Training Greenway offers training programs, but they are not all for free. They do offer a regular schedule of classes, but only the web-based classes are offered at no charge. If you purchase your PrimeSuite service through a VAR, you may find a better deal on training, as some of the VARSoffer additional training and support at no additional charge. Price PrimeSuite prices are not publicly available. It is important to note, however, that Greenway charges a one-time implementation fee and yearly maintenance charge. For current customers, Greenway customers will receive PrimeSUITE 2014 v17.0 as a no-charge update.
