The Cloud Rental plan (SaaS) is an alternative to the purchase option, subsequent rental billed monthly and paid in advance. *License to use RentalPoint Software with a purchase value of $ 1, per configuration below on a monthly rental basis as follows: The minimum term of the cloud rental plan is 1 month. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. This quote remains valid for 60 days. Cloud hosting Cloud hosting includes rental/subscription to the software plus the provision of a cloud hosted virtual server. The first 3 months of service must be paid up front with the order, thereafter billed monthly. The fee is not locked and is subject to cost increases which may be passed through from our cloud hosting provider. Page 1

The cost of the Software Service and Assurance Plan (SSAP) is included in the monthly rental rate. Buy out: The rental may be bought out at any time after the initial 3 month term, half the rental paid is given back as a discount off the purchase price, the maximum discount is 50%. This maximum discount is reached after about 2 years of rental. Page 2

4 Implementation plan Here are the steps that the implementation includes and which you we will guide your company through:- Target dates for each step should be set in advance. Step 1 - Evaluation of your IT Infrastructure. Number of desktop computers, Mac or PC? Server details - CPU's, cores, RAM, Hard drive space, age of server, operating system version Backup devices, how are the servers backed up? Is there a domain controller? If this is a cloud implementation then this step is bypassed. Step 2 - Installation of Software: Installation can be completed a couple of different ways. Installation can be completed by RentalPoint people remotely from our office with the clients permission, or you can be installed by a local IT person; a complete Step by step installation guide is available. If this is a cloud implementation then this step is bypassed. Step 3 - Preferences and Parameters: Preferences and Parameters enable the customization of the software to meet your business rules and preferences. Evaluation of your business and pricing rules is a part of this process. To start with, we may send a questionnaire to be completed and returned, we then complete the parameter setup. Other setup tasks: Freight charges Tax authorities (ie type in tax rates) Operator names and security groups Page 4

Step 5 data setup This includes help setting up :- Product: components, accessories, alternatives and packages. Advance orders and quotes past the planned live date. Setup of document templates with company logo. Step 6 - Orientation: Orientation includes showing you how to navigate the system and do basic things like enter a new quote, confirm an order, print an invoice. It can be completed a variety of ways depending on your needs and expectations, it is conducted after the previous steps have been completed, travel arrangements may not be confirmed until the previous steps have been completed. Step 7 - Operational: Generally the operational day target should be no longer than 3 months from the initial install date for larger companies and no more than 2 months for smaller companies. By Cheque Simply us a Purchase order with a scan of the cheque and we will initiate the implementation plan immediately, then just mail the cheque to us. A simple purchase order is all that is required, for example a letter that has your usual company letterhead and the words Purchase order shown prominently on it. However if your company has a more formal procedure for the issuing of purchase orders then please follow it.
