Our goal is to reduce healthcare burden cost and risk by re-engineering electronic filing policies and procedures and automating routine/repetitive tasks with advanced business process tools. pvault can use Dropbox s file sharing and secure file transfer solutions. Through pvault Importer functionality, a Dropbox account and its associated folder(s) can be set up as an import source. Importer connects to the designated Dropbox account and folder and reviews the contents to find new documents for importing into pvault. FlexiCapture can be leveraged and configured to read a document s key details. This captured data is used to populate indexes and generate invoices in pvault s AP Flow solution. When FlexiCapture s recognition and review processes are complete, the documents are captured by pvault s Importer application, where they are either indexed or routed to their next destination.

18 EXTERNAL ROUTING IN DOC ROUTE: DOCUSIGN INTEGRATION: 18 Paperless Environments provides a document routing workflow solution to route documents to your company s pvault users for review, collaboration and approval. Paperless Environments is extending this functionality to non-pvault users. New routes can be created from the pvault desktop or through document routing in eportal. External recipients are added to routes simply by entering their addresses. Notifications are sent to these external users, alerting them that documents are waiting for them to view and providing a link to the route in eportal. Setup is easy, then external users can view documents and provide comments just like internal users. Paperless Environments announces the integration of DocuSign s digital signature solution for automating and streamlining the signature and approval process while maintaining security and compliance. Routes, both internal and external, can be created with an option to use DocuSign s workflow. Once the route is submitted, all designated recipients and associated documents are uploaded to DocuSign. The DocuSign workflow takes over while pvault monitors the process and captures approvals, rejections and other changes occurring during the DocuSign process. Recipients can be added as signers or the documents can be routed to them solely for review. Once the DocuSign workflow is done, the signed document returns to pvault to finish the route or complete the workflow for the signed documents.
