In this keynote presentation we will highlight our vision and strategy and share how our solutions have been used to improve processes that reduced costs and increased patient satisfaction for organizations around the world. Will include strategy for BLE and the Cloud. New to your health system or community and now find yourself having to navigate through? This session is for you. We will cover how to work with STANLEY Customer Support Center with special focus on the new STANLEY Community portal and enhancements to the Online University. Then, we'll have a panel discussion to address the following: how to obtain training for new staff; best practices for getting quicker resolution for your issues, and how to escalate an open issue or problem. We ll provide information on how we roll out an update or a hot fix, how we provide ongoing communications to our customers, and other key information for meeting your expectations. Huntsville Hospital kicked off an AeroScout Hand Hygiene pilot on the 16 bed Cardiology unit. Over 55 users participated, including representation from Nursing and Respiratory. The pilot spanned over a period of 10 months. The project has received organizational acceptance and Huntsville Hospital is in the planning phase of expanding throughout our Main campus, then to Women s and Children s, and the Madison Campus. We will share our experience and lessons learned. From an IT perspective, what knowledge had to be gained in order to support PRMC s LonWorks to Wi-Fi transition, why did we transition, what processes were followed, what was implemented, and lessons learned. Learn how to stay current with upgrades, planning and execution. Hear about our Proactive Monitoring Services: what it is, why you should sign up and what you can expect. Discover how to assure issues are resolved quickly. This session will include updates on infrastructure (US Gen 2, Exciters Mounting Kits, EX5200, Bay level), hardware tools (Hardware Manager Kit, TED new Tag Activator) and tags and monitors (New Tags: T14, T3s and T12, Pendant, Battery reset option via MobileView, M200 Fall Monitor). This session will provide updates regarding the Latest Location Engine software and Wi-Fi partners and technology. Recent Cisco architectural changes will be presented, the new trend of Controller-less Wi-Fi infrastructure, and an introduction to the latest and greatest Location capabilities. The session will conclude with an open discussion and Q&A. Tips and tricks, core, high availability, configurations, and more. In this session, we'll give you an overview of MobileView integrations, discuss our roadmap, and cover the ways you can use MobileView in the variety mobile devices you interact with on a daily basis, including tablets, smart phones, and hand held devices. If interoperability is a priority, you won't want to miss this session. In this session, we will take a deep dive into MobileView Analytics and Dashboard content and show how to use its analytics capabilities. This session will demonstrate the new MobileView Patient Flow Module, which enables you to improve patient throughput and efficiency by providing real-time visibility of capacity as well as patient and staff location and status. Patient wait time visibility, alerting, and reporting allow healthcare workers the ability to improve operational workflow while providing productivity data for process improvement. Business Analytics for clinic capacity management will be showcased, along with RoomCheck room-level digital signage. Join us for a session on the best practices for patient flow. In this informative session, learn the practice methods STANLEY Healthcare recommends for patient flow, pick up helpful tips from other users whose system setup maximizes functionality, and participate in a Q&A discussion. 4 Patient Flow/Staff Workflow Case Study Facility-wide Infant Mother/Infant Matching Peer-to-Peer Discussion Group Accreditation Drills and Best Practices Benchmarking Your System System Improvements Best Practices and Lessons Learned STANLEY Solutions: Facility in the IT World Environmental Monitoring AM and EM Peer-to-Peer Discussion Group Staff Duress and Staff Assist Mobile Equipment Enhanced with Aeroscout Asset Management Financial and Risk Mitigation Impacts When Using a Fall Monitoring Solution: An Executive Perspective Solutions/ Roadmap RTLS for Primer Technology Focus Group Fall Monitoring Moderated The emotional and/or physical trauma suffered by patients, family and employees together with the regulatory and financial consequences associated with patient elopements and abductions highlight the need for healthcare to improve policies and procedures to prevent and respond to such incidents. Technology such as RTLS (Real Time Locating System) is often evaluated as part of the overall solution. The best way to put RFID and RTLS to work is with an integrated, enterprise-wide approach. Rather than just singing the praises of a wireless RTLS system however, in this session we ll examine how people, process and technology must work in tandem to realize its potential. This is where we will dive deeper into specific topics of interest to the community. Come prepared to discuss issues or hot topics you are observing at your hospital or that you need help with. Ask questions of not just staff but other users. As many minds come together, the conversation will grow and provide additional questions. Understanding how security factors into the accreditation process is vital to clinical and security staff. This session will introduce you to the resources available to be well-prepared for your next accreditation survey. Hear what sites are saying about recent visits and the latest guidelines on abduction drills. How do you know if your system is being used as effectively as possible to keep patients safe? Find out by tracking alarm rates, conducting monthly testing, and putting in place a program for continual improvement. These techniques will give you a benchmark to chart your progress towards improved patient safety. This session will cover all of the recent system improvements including: OOU; LF interferences; Events based RSSI location and SP2 updates (EX5500 as Access Point, External Ant support, LF interferences, INF Monitoring, etc.) More sophisticated technology and increasing use of the corporate network are changing the security landscape. Systems and devices that are connected to corporate networks via the Intranet and Internet are replacing stand-alone devices and systems operated on a dedicated infrastructure. While new, game-changing security technology offers significant benefits, implementing these systems can present challenges. Most require a degree of technical expertise that many facility executives previously haven t had to obtain. We will discuss these challenges of coordination between security and IT and helping security personnel to be more network-savvy. In this session we will discuss the latest advances in the Environmental Monitoring solutions. There will be something of interest for both new and longer term customers, including Business Intelligence and calibration updates, new event logic and a few tips and tricks. This overview details how Deaconess Health System determined s AeroScout RTLS was the correct mobile equipment solution for the organization. The presentation will also have information on successes at the GW facility, and considerations moving forward. Examining the impact the TABS fall management system has made from the executive perspective, as it relates to cost saving and risk mitigation for patient falls. This roundtable session addresses the operational, technical and human considerations of developing and implementing a Real Time Location (RTLS) infrastructure in senior living communities that connects residents, staff and families to enhance service and communications.
