8 Why are we looking for in Referral Partners? Arcadier does not have market presence in all countries and key markets, Arcadier seeks credible organizations to support sales & setup. Arcadier is looking for Referral Partners to support the sale of both its selfservice system & enterprise packages Referral Partners are required to secure the sales leads and secure the paying customer, this may require help with the setup

9 Process for Referring Self-Service Product Offer Arcadier services to potential user of marketplace systems in agreed markets. Setup Help the customers to register and get on-board a paid plan on Arcadier platform. Receive a referral fee of 10%* of monthly fees every quarter for each paying customers on-boarded. Note*: Arcadier will pay out every calendar quarter when the total payout amount is above US$250, otherwise it will get accumulated

10 Process for Referring Enterprise Product Offer Arcadier Enterprise Package to potential user of marketplace systems in agreed market. Secure a signed contact from the Customer for the Enterprise Package. Receive a referral fee of up to 10%* of monthly fees every quarter for each paying customers contact signed. Note*: Arcadier will pay out every calendar quarter when the total payout amount is above US$250, otherwise it will get accumulated

11 What s the usual self service sales process? Process Starts Referral Engagement Engage with potential users seeking a selfservice marketplace platform to use Self-Service Client Receives phone call from Referral Partner and shows interest in using the self-service product to create their marketplace. Provide instructions to the customer on how to sign-up or help with the sign-up process Get the marketplace URL market.arcadier.io from the customer, confirmed customer has subscribe and add that to the list in the Arcadier Referral Partner Google Drive. Signs-up for the Arcadier system online and provides the Referral Partner with the URL. Subscribes to the paid plan with credit card on the Admin Portal and advises the Referral Partner that they have upgraded to the paid plan.

12 What s the usual enterprise sales process? Process Starts Referral Partner Engagement Engage with potential users seeking a customized marketplace product and recommend Arcadier Platform Enterprise Client Receives sales call from Referral Partner and indicates interest in becoming an Arcadier Enterprise Customer. Advise customers on what the Enterprise Package offers and what is required Receives the Arcadier Enterprise Customer Contract from Referral Partner and understand the terms of the contact. Secure the Arcadier Enterprise Contract from the customer. Upload the signed contract to the Arcadier Google Drive. Signs the Arcadier Enterprise Customer Contract and returns the signed contract to the Referral Partner.

For Enterprise sales, submit the signed contract Support you with training, once every quarterly Setup a Google Drive Folder with you for exchange of information and submission of contracts Quarterly conclude payment to you directly to your bank account, for customer who have paid
