The MEETINGFINDER is a fully integrated module accessible through the TIMEFLEX client. With the integrated dashboard all current scheduling polls are available to both organizers and invitees. Starting to send a scheduling poll is done in less than 5 minutes. The MEETINGFINDER securily works on your network and lets you choose time and date to start a poll. Invite co-workers and let our algorithm do the search for free meeting slots. We retrieve any required information from standard calendars and can calculate best meeting times. The MEETINGFINDER returns a list of free times and assigns priority to important participants. This way you can now be sure to get the maximum number of people joining your meeting. All you need to do is to select the most suitable slots and send the scheduling poll to invitees.
