Starting to send a scheduling poll is done in less than 5 minutes. The MEETINGFINDER securily works on your network and lets you choose time and date to start a poll. Invite co-workers and let our algorithm do the search for free meeting slots. We retrieve any required information from standard calendars and can calculate best meeting times. The MEETINGFINDER returns a list of free times and assigns priority to important participants. This way you can now be sure to get the maximum number of people joining your meeting.
