2 Business (ESS) Division Business Executive As a Business Executive, you will be responsible for responding and tracking customers RFQ and commercial request. You will also be responsible to work with the Product Leads/Engineering Teams to determine pricing, prepare quotations and follow through with customers for PO. You will be required to work with Finance to track actual margin against quotations. You will report to the Business Manager and support the assigned tasks/projects. s:- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business or its related field At least 3 years relevant working experience in equipment or manufacturing environment. 3 NPI Division Process Engineer / Senior Engineer Execute the setting up of manufacturing process according to approved process flow Execute calibrate all equipment and tools Training and certify of operators for assembly, testing and inspection Execute the manufacturing process Monitor and refine the process and records all observations for future improvement Carry out root cause analysis of all process related failure using problem solving tools Generate improvement and validate their effectiveness for implementation Record observations and lesson learned for future reference s:- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business or its related field At least 3 years relevant working experience in equipment or manufacturing environment. 4 Mechanical Design Engineer/Senior Engineer Design and development of high quality precision mechanical test and assembly systems and jig and fixture Good understanding of Design for manufacturing and robust design Able to understand the needs from Design and Quality partners and transfer their needs into design requirements Using statistical methods to validate and characterize the designs Establish calibration and preventive maintenance plan s:- Recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years working experiences in semiconductor or automation equipment Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problems solving skills, including knowledge in stack tolerance, Finite Element Analysis Proficiency with Pro-E and PDMLink is a MUST Self motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products Willingness to get hands-on during development cycle Excellent communication skills, great cross functional team player and good interpersonal skills Proficiency in Minitab is preferred NPI Engineer/Senior Engineer Have in-depth understanding of product/equipment development process Have wide range of automation or equipment manufacturing and assembly experiences Capable in reviewing design to provide Design For Manufacturing and Assembly input to Design partners Carry out Process FMEA activities for NPI projects Responsible for Product Transfer from Design prototype into mass production Hand on experiences in manufacturing process development to meet targeted cost, yield and production capacity Identify jig and fixture requirements for ease of manufacturing or inspection Working with Quality partners to establish the process control requirements Responsible for process related issues root cause analysis, generate improvement and validate the effectiveness of improvement Continuous process improvement activities s:- Recognized Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production) Minimum 3 years working experiences on semiconductor or automation equipment

5 Experience in executing NPI projects is essential Good inter-personal skills, self driven, great team player and good communication skills Hand on experience in statistical analysis tools; such as Minitab; is an added advantage Basic project management skills is essential Electrical & Software Engineering Division Electrical Engineer As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of electrical control System for high speed and high precision equipment. You will be working closely with Mechanical and Software Engineers to deliver total system solutions for customers. You need to be able and willing to work extended hours in critical phases of project execution. s:- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field. At least 3 years relevant working experience in equipment design and development environment. Knowledge on PLC and PC base programming language would be an advantage. Self motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent and flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products. Willingness to get hands-on during development cycle. Excellent communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and understanding. Software Engineer As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of control software for high speed and high precision equipment. You will be responsible for requirements analysis and creation of requirements documentation. You will also be responsible for testing and integration of software modules, and require to install new systems at customers' site and to obtain full qualification. You will be required to work with customers on co-development projects. Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Min 3 years of experience in equipment control software design and development using specialized languages (C++, C#.NET). Experience in developing GUI and SECSGEM applications would be an advantage. Self motivated individual who is action/result oriented, independent and flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products. Willing to get hands-on during development cycle. Excellent communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and understanding.

6 Engineering Assistant Engineer, Design Quality Engineering Establish and maintain product qualification test schedule. Conduct equipment performance assessment & calibration status. Setup test equipment in accordance with the test requirements of the test functions to validate products and critical parts per specifications, test standards & test plan. Participate with design and other teams to brainstorm on new & custom test setup. Execute product and component tests per Qualification Test plan/schedule and prepare test reports. Ensure all reported defects from Qualification tests are logged & follow through till improvements are implemented and verified. Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science Prefer to have o Experience in product quality and/or test in production or product development. o Experience in setup and running of a Qualification and/or Reliability Test Lab Knowledge in qualification test plan development, test instrumentation, problem solving. Familiar with Quality management system, ISO9000 Good effective communication skills to all levels of working staff Ability to travel Component Qualification Principle/Senior Engineer Review component specifications and drawings against Product Requirements and with Design Engineers to ensure component specification is meeting product requirements. Build, execute & maintain updated Part Qualification Test plan & status throughout product development to release acceptance. Establish critical part lists for key product families, building up key component industry standards, competitive benchmarks & qualification test plans. Maintain updated part qualification status as part of New Product introduction update. Propose, procure and setup test equipment for component qualification test. Participate with design and other teams to brainstorm on new & custom component test setup. Execute product and component tests per Qualification Test plan/schedule and prepare test reports. Ensure all reported defects from Qualification tests are logged & follow through with suppliers till improvements are implemented and verified. Initiate & lead lesson learn & do different for effective component qualifications best practice & defect prevention.

7 Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science Must have o Experience in component and product qualification test from product development to production phase. o Experience in setup and running of a component qualification and/or Reliability Test Lab Knowledge in qualification test plan development, test instrumentation, problem solving. Familiar with Quality management system, ISO9000 Good effective communication skills to all levels of working staff Ability to travel Mechanical Engineers As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of high quality precision mechanical systems. You will be working closely with Electrical and Software Engineers to define the requirements for the creation of business solutions. You will be responsible for mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, overall system integration, and finally release to manufacturing and installation at customers sites. You will be required to work with customers on co-development projects. 8 Technical Support Division Technicians/Assistant Engineer - Technical Support Perform hands-on assembly builds and test are completed as scheduled and according to require specifications, drawings and work instructions Report and assist Engineers in problem solving and troubleshooting Comprehend electrical/mechanical drawings Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Superior Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight timeline Technical Support Engineer Provide technical expertise to manufacturing team and field support Act as a lead on support, escalations, training and documentation Hands on involvement and process feedback on engineering NPD, NPI, DOE, FMEA and prototype builds Provide post-sales support and input into the pre sales process Setup/service equipment/tool integration at the customer site Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all training and service arrangements Develop new manuals and ways to improve current documentation Provide training to both internal team and customers Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electronics, electromechanical, mechanical and fluid handling systems Experience in supporting on automated equipment in semiconductor environment Experience in software installation and configuration would be an added advantage Able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines Extensive travel and long outstation assignments may be required
