1 FULFILLMENT FlowOne FulfillmentTM Data Sheet Service Fulfillment is a critical piece of the service provider infrastructure - in simplicity it is the vehicle that delivers the services to end-customers. During past few years, demand for new services and tools, profitability pressures and increased competition have driven service providers to rethink their BSS/OSS systems, including service fulfillment. These requirements have led to major transformation projects aiming to enable fast business innovation today and in the future. FlowOne Fulfillment by Comptel allows service providers to manage service orchestration transformation towards a modern digital multichannel IT solution. FlowOne Fulfillment removes service and business specific fulfillment silos from the OSS with a unified, highly scalable and adaptable fulfillment solution. It builds a horizontal Service Order Management (SOM) layer, which serves any Commercial Order Management (COM) system at any business vertical such as B2B, B2C and wholesale. It maintains an accurate information of the network and services through integration and federation of networks and inventories. Thanks to its well-defined modular and vendor-agnostic approach, FlowOne Fulfillment adapts to any environment consisting of a mixture of network technologies and vendors. While adoption of SDN/NFV is becoming reality, FlowOne Fulfillment paves the way to the new era of network virtualization and adapts nicely to Digital Service Lifecycle Management, the evolved OSS. FlowOne is a highly process-oriented solution with functions developed to support and enhance end-to-end orchestration processes, or flows. With the solution, you can design, create, sell, deliver and maintain the orchestration of customer services. By orchestrating the processes between sales, service and network processes, it creates connected, efficient and error-free flows, no matter how complex the business systems, services or network architecture are.
