Our office is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia while our clients span an expansive spectrum of industries and countries.. 5 Corporate Council of Africa US-Africa Business Summit 1,400 guests This summit featured sector and countryspecific panels, peer-to-peer roundtables for entrepreneurs and policy makers from 47 countries to make connections, gather insights and gain access to business success in Africa. Flawless Events was the partner on the ground managing all logistics, setup, and onsite management. Innovation Africa Digital Summit 500 guests Extensia, a network of senior professionals supporting the sustainable growth of telecom and ICT in Africa, hosted this event on innovations toward engagement strategy and operational efficiency. Flawless Events managed relations with Ethiopian government, suppliers and venues for a seamless event. Flawless is now Extensia s exclusive region-wide logistics partner. Portfolio International Conferences World Economic Forum on Africa Gala Dinner 800 guests This convention of presidents, prime ministers and CEOs was held in Addis Ababa to discuss strategies to shape the continent s rapid economic transformation. Flawless Events indesign and creative displays showcased the cornerstones of the Ethiopian civilization in one room. 16 th ICASA Conference 7,000 guests Largest international event held in Ethiopia, attended by US President, Ethiopian Prime Minister and UN agency heads. The focus was on scale-up of AIDS & STI prevention strategies for Africa. Flawless partnered with Courtesy Associates to provide strategic advise and management on housing, transport, vendor identification and on-site management.

6 Google in Africa 200 guests Various Corporate Events guests Google s first event in Ethiopia engaged developers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs in the technology sector with an interactive exhibit with custom displays and product demos. Flawless served as the partner on the ground for government relations, venue liaison, and interior design to reflect Google s singular brand for its grand debut in Ethiopia. Past events include luxury VIP dinners, product activations, campaign launches (including Billion Reasons to Believe, Share a Coke). Guests include celebrity honorees, target demographic etc. Flawless tailors strategies for interactive events, theme development, venue and catering options as well as managing press relations. Portfolio Corporate Clients Leadership Innovation and Strategy Summit 80 guests This four-day high level attendee summit was the firs of its kind held in Africa. There were a series of discussions and training sessions. Flawless Events provided visa p r o c e s s i n g, v e n u e a n d v e n d o r management, transportation, on-site staff management. 7 Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Official Visit guests The BMG Foundation hosted VIP corporate visitors exploring investment opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships between US and Ethiopian businesses. Flawless managed transport/travel logistics and facilitation of several meetings. World Bank 2 nd African Road Safety Conference 100 guests Sub-Saharan Africa Transport Policy Program (SSATP) convened to develop the African Road Safety Action Plan. Ministers of Transport of AU member countries, International Road Federation members were in attendance. Flawless provided venue and vendor management, visa support, and on-site staff management. Portfolio Global Developmental Agencies Investing in Africa Forum 300 guests Various special events 50 to 300 guests China Development Bank hosted a forum aimed at expanding investments and industrialization in Africa. Co-hosts included the World Bank, Governments of China and Ethiopia, UNIDO, and China- Africa Development Bank, and the event was attended by international public and private sectors. Flawless provided setup advisory, vendor management, print production, along with execution and onsite management. Hosted at the Ethiopian Prime Minister s palace, launch of the Ethiopian Entrepreneurship Development Program followed by the launch of the Program s office; celebration of the Ambassador for Entrepreneurship; award evening for the annual entrepreneurs.. Flawless Events designed the theme for each event, led the creative narrative to communicate the stories, and setup the venue along with onsite execution.

8 Various ICT Events Flawless has planned and carried through events on Extensia s behalf in the following countries: Burkina Faso, Tanzania, Mauritius, Zimbabwe and Nigeria. This included venue selection and management, logistics support and production Annual Philanthropy Forum 2015 Held in Kigali, this was the first planning meeting of the African Philanthropy Forum with the continent s leading philanthropists and social investors in Addis Ababa in 2014 and 2 nd Annual Forum in 2015 in Kigali, Rwanda services rendered included full logistics and event planning and management. Portfolio Regional Clients Services Investment Forum 2013 & 2014 First regional event for Flawless, held in Kigali. Successfully managed the Services Investment Forum for RDB to the great satisfaction of the client. Venue setup, vendor management, logistics, and design and production work for all conference materials. Annual Leadership Network 2014 Inaugural event in 2010 followed by the 2 nd annual event both held in Addis Ababa and 2014 in Kigali. 11 Yoadan Tilahun is the founder and managing director of Flawless Events. In 2004, she started the company in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area, USA alongside her work in international sales and business development. She had previously held managerial positions at Allied International Marketing Corporation and US-Africa Trade Links Corporation. Her invaluable experience and contribution in the corporate sector reinforced her approach of result-oriented strategy and precision which grew the company s clientele. In 2008, she moved the company to Ethiopia in recognition of the potential and opportunities in the flourishing capital of Africa, home to a growing number of international conventions, events and forums. Flawless Events increasingly became recognized for its organizational excellence among the international development, private and government sectors. Her vision continues to grow with plans to further set industry standards nationally and expand services to other countries. Yoadan leads Flawless Events with a keen eye for design and detail and a passion for flawless delivery. She holds a MBA in International Business and is fluent in Amharic, English and French.
