By utilizing 3D technology to help solve problems with processing, manufacturing, and visualization, we can keep the promise of building better - faster, cleaner, and more sustainable. We confidently put the control in the hands of the clients, as the true design assist. We build the elements that respond to location, tools and people. The process is safer, cleaner and more efficient. We are not predicting the future; we are expecting it. DIRTT has the same investment costs as Conventional Construction, but our investment is put towards technology and software. ICE is an interactive 3D design software, which allows you to design in real time. Behind the scenes, the design drawn in ICE is calculated into its parts and pieces, as well as connection, details and pricing. The information gathered here, then goes to the DIRTT factory where it is precisely manufactured to each and every specification drawn. This is what happens when technology meets construction with DIRTT, what you see is what you get!

3 INTEGRATED POWER AND TECHNOLOGY DIRTT Power is a quick-connect, pre-tested and adaptable solution. With DIRTT Power, all the electrical requirements arrive onsite to the correct lengths, with factory built components. DIRTT Power, like all DIRTT solutions, has the ability to be redesigned after its initial install, allowing for space to be versatile and adapt with the customers needs. DIRTT offers a variety of modular options for power cabling. The requirements of the client would determine which option we design to, but each solution has its own purpose High Density, Low Density, New Builds, and TI s we have a solution to match them all. DIRTT Power is designed, specified, and priced in DIRTT s proprietary software platform, called ICE. ICE instantly creates a real-time 3D experience to explore and modify with all changes automatically updating the price, specifications and manufacturing instructions. With an overall savings of roughly 20% it allows for a conventional 2 week job to be done in a matter of days. Speed, Efficiency, and Affordability are some of the many reasons that DIRTT Power stands out from conventional power systems.

4 MILLWORK DIRTT Millwork is fully customizable, modular cabinetry that works for nearly any application. Whether it be Healthcare, Corporate, Residential, Education, or Government DIRTT Millwork can be tailored to each and every need for that particular space and application. Hands-free drawers, secure lockers, non-splashback sinks, overheads, Java Center cabinetry and countertops are some of the many ways DIRTT Millwork can become what you need in the size you need and at the speed you need it. It all hangs from the horizontal support provided in the DIRTT walls, ready to move if needed. This too, has only a Four week lead time.

8 TIMBER DIRTT Timber is harvested in the Nordic Forests in Europe - Again, keeping all of our solutions Environmentally Friendly. The DIRTT Timber Frame Solution uses a combination of glued laminated timber and cross laminated timber available in a range of shapes and sizes. Each timber member is connected through a series of wood connections, and precisely dimensioned to create structures that are built to last for true sustainability. Using superior European materials sculpted under the supervision of expert craftsman, DIRTT responds to your design by delivering an innovative timber solution unique to your needs.

9 BREATHE DIRTT Breathe brings its sustainable, modular, flexible approach to the world of Living Walls. Breathe is a way for everyone to introduce living plants into their interiors to take advantage of the beauty air cleaning attributes and kick of extra oxygen plants provide, all without using up precious real estate. Breathe is designed to initially or retroactively attach to DIRTT Walls or conventional walls. Plant pot modules come in different sizes and cantilever into the patented DIRTT support extrusions. Plants are easily added, moved and removed without disrupting adjacent plants. A straightforward plumbing system is integrated with Breathe, freeing it from the complexities of base building plumbing. Watering is simple. The self-contained pipes and troughs use gravity to send water through the system. Wicks in each pot allow all plant species to adsorb what they need. After the last pot, any remaining water is captured, and dispersed as the plants need it.

10 CEILING Bespoke DIRTT s Bespoke Ceilings provide endless possibilities to create overhead geometric designs and add superior acoustics to any space. Available in Teck grain veneer or Thermofoil finishes, our custom-built ceiling solutions are manufactured to your specifications and arrive onsite ready for installation in five weeks or less. Installed in a non-progressive way, our Bespoke Ceilings are designed to look, perform and respond exactly how you envisioned. Lighting, HVAC, sprinklers and any technology fixtures can be fully integrated so they don t affect the look and flow of your space. When you need to upgrade or replace parts of your Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, our ceiling tiles can be easily removed for future above grid access making inspections and repairs safe and fast. Integrated Drop Ceiling System The Integrated Ceiling system allows for the installation of a seamless drywall ceiling in conjunction with DIRTT walls, and is designed to provide perimeter trims for ceilings suspended inside of rooms. Options are available for infection prevention and commercial environments. A new stacking extrusion provides double reveals and a variety of perimeter trim options. Drywall slabs are fastened to the Ceiling Perimeter drywall mudding extrusion.

11 LEAF The DIRTT Leaf Folding Wall effortlessly adapts space by either dividing it or opening it up. Hanging from a ceiling track, this wall system is designed to be durable and easy to implement. Bearings centered at the top of each wall module allow the wall to unfold and move along the track independent of anchor points. The modules are manufactured to fit into the Leaf Folding Wall system with easy installation. The individual wall modules can have many configurations, including glass panels, solid panels, and integrated technology enhanced panels. Whether expanded or stacked, the folding wall blends functionality and beauty perfectly, without sacrificing the desired look and feel of the space. Retrofitting existing solid, glass and stacked walls with Leaf s mechanism means elements already on site are reused, which significantly reduces waste and environmental impacts. 12 STC Glass Walls Solid Walls Stack Walls Back-to-Back Walls STC STC STC STC WARRANTY DIRTT will repair or replace any defective parts falling under this limited warranty for ten (10) years from the date of purchase and will be responsible for reasonable labor and shipping costs incident to repairing or replacing any such defective parts. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that occurs as a result of installation or normal wear and tear. This limited warranty will also not cover any damage from force majeure. The benefit of this limited warranty shall extend only on the original buyers of DIRTT product, purchased through DIRTT s authorized Distribution Partners, and not to any subsequent purchasers or third parties. Any product, part, or component must have been installed, maintained and used in the manner which they were attended per DIRTT s published online information in order to be eligible for coverage under this limited warranty and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse.
