3 Operable wall specifica ons Series P100 STC 52 Operable walls P100 is the 100mm thick option where nothing but the best will do. This thickness further increases to 115mm, where the extra insulated fabric covered option is selected. Please contact us on for any extra specifications or drawings. Panels ClassWall operable walls are designed to blend in with the type of walls your environment already has. Surfaces range from paint, LPL, HPL, fabric, glass, veneer, and almost any material you care to specify. Strength and integrity is provided with 100mm thick aluminium frames. Main skin is made of MDF which houses the insulation material. Panel widths vary from 500mm to 1200mm. Panel heights as high as 6000mm Seals All doors butt together using 4 vertical sound seals to ensure minimal sound transfer. These are arranged in a top hat configuration to ensure maximum contact. Sweep seals are fitted top and bottom. Spring loaded mechanical seals are fitted both top and bottom also. Stacking layout Door storage layouts are almost limitless. These can be parallel to wall or at right angles, half offset each way, or simply tailored to the space you have available. Remote locations are also possible Twin puck and single puck suspension Both types are available. Twin puck offers great ease of use and alignment. Single puck is useful where stowage space is limited and a half offset either side of the track is required Access Inner access doors are available, both single and double. Closure One expanding edge door allows sealed closure (on the trailing panel), with 100mm travel Track Heavy duty duplex track (100mm x 75mm) set 12mm below ceiling line. Track has integrated sliding mount provision for a large range of mounting options. Escape section fitted for future door removal or reconfiguration. Stack depth 100mm per panel, or 115mm if foam backed fabric is used Pocket size If wall pocket is being used, allow panel width plus 180mm Aluminium High quality 6063-T5 anodised aluminium used throughout Acoustic performance: Acoustic properties have been lab tested by SGS laboratories. Hard surfaced doors such as veneer, HPL and painted MDF have an STC rating of.50. The fabric covered option has extra insulation and is rated at.52 Operation All P100 doors are top hung (single or double puck) with no fixing requirements in floor. Mechanical top and bottom seals are activated simultaneously with one hex key operation. Trailing door has hex key operated expanding edge seal. Surfaces All commercially available finishes on the New Zealand market can be specified into your wall, including customised 3 dimensional finishes from our own NZ factory. Measurements ClassWall team can work from plans, or we can send our own team out for site measurement. Required measurements are as follows; Width of room wall to wall Skirting detail Overhead structure details Height from floor covering to ceiling surface End stack space and any relevant door swing detail Installation Prowall approved installers only Work by others All normal new building standards with maximum track support deflection of 5mm.
