The Central Bank of Kenya notifies all interested tenderers that following the clarification sought by bidders during the pre-bid meeting held on th February, 0, Addendum. is hereby issued. Apply undercoat and three coats of super gloss paint to all wash line posts at the roof top. 4. Repair and paint steel access doors to the rooftop with undercoat and three coats gloss paint.. Waterproofing the Roofs D. On the roof and water tank areas, prepare the surface, fix water proofing membrane as APP or EPDM with adequate overlaps of 00mm. Lay new clay tiles with water proofing cement.. On the roof of the staircases, remove old water proofing membrane and lay a new membrane as APP or EPDM with at least 00mm overlaps. 3. Repair or replace defective concrete coping on the parapet walls. 4. Replace the rusty steel down pipes with 0mm heavy gauge PVC pipes.. Fabricate a heavy duty concrete manhole cover for the well/pit outside the Staff Clinic. PLUMBING WORKS ) Supply and install new high quality size 430mm wide WHB as Twyford type or equal and approved complete with bottle traps, wastes pipes for each apartment. ) Ditto western type WCs complete with cisterns as Twyford or equivalent and approved complete with necessary fittings, heavy duty Page 7 of 4 4

8 E seat covers and connect to new waste pipe system. 3) Ditto 00mm x 40mmx mm mirrors complete with chrome capped screws and polished edges. 4) Supply and fit ceramic wall mounted toilet tissue holders ) Ditto wall mounted soap dish in showers. ) Take own measurement and quote for complete overhaul of internal plumbing system in all apartments by installing PPR pipes, including showers, cloakrooms and kitchen. Pipe sizes to match the existing ones. All piping fixed externally to be properly anchored with appropriate accessories. 7) Supply and install new shower heads as of Cobra or equivalent and approved, stop corks and kitchen taps for the 3 flats 8) Supply and fix stainless steel sinks complete with all accessories i.e. bottle traps and connections. 9) Allow for any other necessary plumbing connections. POLICE POST Kitchen ) Hack the concrete kitchen top and lay granite work top. ) Hack the kitchen wall and fix 00x300mm ceramic wall tiles 3) Ditto to kitchen floor but with nonslip 300mm x 300mm ceramic tiles as of Saj or equivalent. 4) Supply and fix stainless steel single bowl/ single drain complete with bottle trap and waste fittings. ) Ditto bib tap of Pegler type or equal and approved ) Construct 3. lockable low level cabinet with ordinary block board.
