VAT should not exceed 45) by a top local carpenter, and will incorporate a high security bolting mechanism. Internal doors and frames will also be made by the same carpenter (door handle and accessories showroom price incl. VAT should not exceed 20) 2

3 DOOR ACCESSORIES All doors will be lockable. Internal door accessories in chrome of high quality. BEDROOM WARDROBES Bedroom wardrobes by top local carpenter. Wardrobe doors in wooden cherry strip surround and internal casing and shelves in cherry. Wood thickness will be 18mm apart from the back side. All essential accessories will be included.(handles incl VAT 2 each) Kitchen units by top local carpenter in grey oak-veneered. Metal Sink and mixer (Total showroom price incl. VAT 180). Kitchen worktop in Granite or Quartz stone. AIR - CONDITIONING Provisions will be made for an independent air- conditioning system with optional installation by a leading brand in each flat. PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE Central plumbing installation system will be provided with pressure system. Pipe-in-pipe plumbing will supply hot and cold water and will be insulated accordingly. Solar Panels for hot water will be installed on the roof for each flat (the boiler capacity for 2bedroom flats will be 180Ltrs and for 3bedromm flats 200Ltrs and water reserve of 1000Ltrs per flat). 3
