2 International experience as a basis for innovation. FLOORING FOR TRACK AND FIELD FACILITIES FLOORING FOR SPORTS AND MULTI- PURPOSE HALLS FLOORING FOR TENNIS COURTS

3 CONICA AG, Schaffhausen, Switzerland VERSATILE APPLICATIONS. CONICA has been the Swiss provider of first-class sports and recreational flooring for over 35 years, offering effective system solutions for athletics tracks, sports and multi-purpose halls, multifunctional facilities, playgrounds and tennis courts for use all over the world. These high-tech products help to ensure success for planners, operators, organisers and athletes. SWISS QUALITY. CONICA was founded in the Swiss town of Schaffhausen in 1977, and represents typical Swiss values such as precision, perfection and reliability. Production with sophisticated manufacturing technology has continued at the location to this day, enabling CONICA to guarantee consistently high quality worldwide at all times. Continuous internal research and development work means that products are state of the art and meet all international standards and test criteria. BUILDING ON STRENGTHS. CONICA s expertise and long-standing experience in the development, manufacture and installation of flooring systems is now also being put to use with flooring for industrial facilities, public buildings and residential properties. Depending on the area of application, the choice of flooring is based on a range of different criteria. The CONICA product portfolio offers the perfect solution for every requirement. 4 Ideal solutions for every requirement. VERSATILE BY DEFAULT. Whether for industrial facilities, public buildings or private properties: all flooring must meet various functional requirements. Visual elements and health and safety aspects also influence the choice of suitable flooring CONICA systems are based in principle on two types of material with a different influence on properties and functionality: Polyurethane resin flooring Epoxy resin flooring While systems based on epoxy resin are particularly resilient, those based on polyurethane resin offer a wide range of properties such as elasticity, light and UV stability, and colour variety. Polyurethane resin flooring Epoxy resin flooring two-component two-component broad applications ranging from elastic to tough particularly hard surface crack bridging high mechanical properties available as light-stable and UV-stable option used primarily for industrial flooring wide range of colours odourless impact-proof due to elasticity chemical-resistant chemical-resistant reaction to fire: flame-retardant reaction to fire: flame-retardant

CONIFLOOR IPS is a triple-layer, low-emission hard polyurethane resin flooring system. A polyurethane-based coating is applied to the previously sanded primer. Depending on the aesthetic requirements, an intermediate layer (pore sealer) can be applied beforehand. Finally, the coating is covered with an aqueous, coloured polyurethane sealing lacquer. TOTAL THICKNESS OF SYSTEM. Approx. 2 3 mm APPLICATION. For all types of medium heavy-duty industrial floors, such as: Production halls Warehouses Engineering rooms SYSTEM OPTIONS. CONIFLOOR IPS as: Electrostatic conductivity is achieved through a specially formulated conductive paint and a carbon fibre additive to the coating. System. CONIFLOOR IES is a triple-layer hard epoxy resin flooring system. An epoxy-based coating is applied to the previously sanded primer, which can be coated with an aqueous, coloured sealing lacquer. TOTAL THICKNESS OF SYSTEM. Approx mm APPLICATION. For medium- to heavy-duty floors with high mechanical and chemical demands, such as: Production halls High-bay warehouses Storage rooms SUMMARY. CONIFLOOR IES is an efficient industrial flooring system used for medium- to heavy-duty floors. It is quick and easy to install and extremely resistant. SUMMARY. CONIFLOOR IPS is the ideal system for all types of industrial floors. It is especially suitable for medium heavy-duty floors. The system is easy and quick to install and is distinguished by its high quality and durability. For lighter loads For moderate loads For heavy loads

CONIFLOOR UPD is a low-emission, light-stable and elastic floor coating based on polyurethane resin. A polyurethane-based coating is applied to the previously sanded primer. Finally, the coating is covered with an aqueous, colourless elastic polyurethane sealing lacquer. The use of an optional mat provides for even greater reduction of impact noise and increased comfort. Graphic elements can be integrated depending on visual and decorative requirements. TOTAL THICKNESS OF SYSTEM. Approx. 2 3 mm (additional approx. 4 or 6 mm elastic layer with UPD+) APPLICATION. For all types of public buildings, such as: Exhibition areas Schools Hospitals Libraries Canteens SYSTEM OPTIONS. CONIFLOOR UPD+: The use of an additional elastic layer (granule mat), which seals the pores between the primer and the top coating, provides for a point-elastic and more comfortable effect. SUMMARY. CONIFLOOR UPD is an elastic floor coating system for public buildings that offers high durability combined with comfort and safety. In addition to this, it allows a wide range of visual and decorative design possibilities. System. CONIFLOOR LPC is a low-emission elastic floor coating based on polyurethane resin and offers a high level of walking comfort. A polyurethane-based coating is applied to the previously sanded primer. Depending on the aesthetic requirements, an intermediate layer (pore sealer) can be applied beforehand. Finally, the coating is covered with an aqueous, coloured elastic polyurethane sealing lacquer. The use of an optional mat provides for even greater reduction of impact noise and increased comfort. TOTAL THICKNESS OF SYSTEM. Approx mm (additional approx. 4 or 6 mm elastic layer with LPC+ fi) APPLICATION. Residential properties Exhibition areas Offices Hospitals Canteens SYSTEM OPTIONS. CONIFLOOR LPC+: The use of an additional elastic layer (granule or polyurethane foam mat), which seals the pores between the primer and the top coating, provides for a point-elastic and more comfortable effect. CONIFLOOR LPC+ fl: Based on the CONIFLOOR LPC+ system, this system has a flame-retardant intermediate layer and top coating. SUMMARY. CONIFLOOR LPC is an elastic flooring system for residential space and for public buildings that offers an ideal combination of optimum comfort and a high level of health and safety.

9 Certified Swiss quality. WIDELY TESTED QUALITY. All CONICA products offer first-class quality and extensively tested mechanical, physical and chemical properties, and this also applies without restriction to floor coatings. They have been tested by external institutes and meet the relevant criteria for their area of use in terms of slip resistance, crack bridging, emissions and reaction to fire. As a company certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO standards, CONICA also attaches great importance to sustainability, a factor that involves not only the environmentally sustainable production of flooring but also its durability. These typical Swiss qualities make our flooring systems both economical and environmentally friendly. TOP REFERENCES.
