B) The work covered by this application may not be commenced before the issuance of a Building Permit. C) Upon approval of this application, the City Clerk will issue the Building Permit to the Applicant. Such permit shall be kept on the premises throughout the progress of the work. D) Notify the office of Code Enforcement ( ) when work is ready for inspection, after completion of the pool. E)***NO SWIMMING POOL SHALL BE OCCUPIED OR USED IN WHOLE OR PART FOR ANY PURPOSE UNTIL A CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE IS ISSUED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Code Enforcement Office for the issuance of a Swimming Pool Building Permit pursuant to the City of Oneida s Ordinance Relating to Swimming Pools for the construction of a swimming pool.
