2 Welcome This Guide was originally developed for a webinar we hosted for tribal procurement staff. Our technical advisors for the project were Thor Peterson, of Synthesis Consultants, and Doug Kennedy, of Pathway Design + ConstrucJon. Thor and Doug developed the guide by first conduc;ng a survey of green building experts in the Pacific Northwest. Their goal was to idenjfy a mix of durable, healthy and affordable building materials, products, technologies.
