3 The neo Plateau Rooflight placement Lower the neo Plateau Rooflight down over the kerb. Ensure it is located centrally with a 10mm gap all around. Once central, bed the neo Plateau rooflight down into the silicone. 10mm 2

4 Fixing your Rooflight Locate the eight internal fixing lugs and drill pilot holes suitable for the supplied M10 coach screws and washers (supplied) specified for use into timber kerbs. Pack any gaps behind the fixing lugs with a suitable packer (supplied by the installer), then fix the M10 coach screws and washers. If installing the models compliant with Part Q the following fixings for different kerb materials must be used (supplied by the installer): Concrete Rawlbolt Shield Anchor M10 10L Steel M10x50 A2 Stainless Steel Torx button head machine screw with A2 stainless steel washer and A2 stainless steel Nylok nut. 5 Insulated Kerb Affix insulation to the kerb locating it up to the underside of the Thermoliner (white plastic trim). 47mm Thermoliner There is a 47mm space to be filled by the insulation and the internal finish (based on a 75mm structural member). Depending on the type of insulation this might need to be notched around the localised fixings. 4

6 Vapour Barrier Seal the vapour barrier to the underside of the Thermoliner (white plastic trim). Vapour Barrier 5

7 Internal Finish Affix the internal finish up to the underside and flush with the edge of Thermoliner (white plastic trim). We recommend a hard wood timber lining. Hard wood timber lining Insulation This completes the installation of the neo Plateau Rooflight. 6

8 CARE & MAINTENANCE To achieve the maximum service life from the neo Plateau Rooflight it is important that scheduled care and maintenance is undertaken. Please note that the guarantee will become void if the procedures outlined in the separate maintenance manual are not adhered to. Refer to Operations & Maintenance Guide. Install in accordance with national building regulations/codes.
