1 TS110 Visile (exposed) fixing with srews on an aluminum su-frame This system offers a ost effetive solution for installing Trespa panels in a large variety of panel dimensions. Trespa Meteon panels with a minimum thikness of 5/16 inh* (8 mm) may e fixed onto an aluminum su-frame. This su-frame must onsist of vertial extrusions of suffiient strength. Fasteners an e finished to math the panel (availale in a wide range of Trespa olors through third parties). > Kelly Residene, USA > Arh. Aramson Teiger Arhitet This doument is intended to provide general reommendations only. Trespa provides these guidelines and all testing, ode and design data for informational purposes only and strongly advises that the ustomer, projet owner and arhitet seek independent advie from a ertified onstrution professional and/or engineer regarding appliation and installation as well as ompliane with design requirements, appliale odes, laws and regulations, and test standards. Please hek your loal odes and appliale design requirements for proper use. * Note that due to onversion, the value provided is approximate. 1 Please hek for the latest version of this doument

2 Overview of availale ertifiates and test reports To onsult the full details of availale ertifiates please visit For TNA systems that meet the performane riteria of the NFPA 285 or ULC S134 multistory fire test standard, refer to design details indiated with a 285 or 134. General installation details Cavity depth and ventilation (Free air avity) The free air avity depth etween the akside of the panel material and the fae of the weather resistive arrier is 1 inh (25 mm*). This free air avity allows for amient air to flow through from the ventilation inlets and outlets. Ventilation perforations must allow for a minimum opening of 2.36 square inhes per linear foot* (50 square m per linear meter) over the whole façade. Cavity depth as well as ventilation inlets and outlets must e in aordane with appliale uilding standards, regulations and ertifiates. To retain panel position, eah panel must have one fixed point in the enter of the panel. Diameter of panel fastener holes: 防 inh* (5.5 mm) for fixed holes 防 inh* (8.5 mm) for oversized holes Srews should e entered in the holes and not over tightened. Fixed Hole Oversized Hole Su-frame Trespa Meteon panels must e installed on a su-frame, omprised of aluminum extrusions, of suffiient strength and permanent duraility. Quality and/or treatment of the su-frame must e in aordane with appliale uilding standards, regulations and ertifiates. Fixing detail Trespa Meteon panels with a minimum thikness of 5/16 inh* (8 mm) may e fixed onto an aluminum su-frame with fasteners (availale in a wide range of Trespa olors through third parties). Fasteners onneting the panels to the su-frame must e #12-11 stainless steel srews and are typially 1 inh (25 mm*) in length. ode V3076 version 2.0 date * Note that due to onversion, the value provided is approximate.
