The normal Rebound panel is 2.03 m high with horizontal wires at 66.5 mm centre to 1200 mm high and then 200 mm centres for the remaining 800 mm. Panels of 1.23 m, 2.03 m with all horizontals at 66.5 mm are available for goal areas and dividing fences. 3 5.1 Dulok Rebound Dulok Rebound Double Wire panel system Dulok Rebound posts and clamps For the Dulok Double Wire panel system CLD has developed a post and clamp bar system which provides a simple method of securing. Complete with an anti-vandal fastener, installed with either a battery-powered driver or traditional tools, this system offers a rapid and secure installation. The RHS posts are supplied complete with a full-length 40 x 5 mm flat clamp bar and M8 x 40 mm pin hex dome-head security screws or Sheardrive bolts. All posts and clamps are supplied hot dip galvanised only or hot dip galvanised and polyester powder-coated in colours to match the fencing panels. Dimensions Posts: 60 x 40 x 2.5 mm RHS (up to 2.43 m high) Posts: 80 x 40 x 3 mm RHS (up to 3.66 m high) Posts: 100 x 50 x 3 mm RHS (up to 4.46 m high) Posts: 120 x 60 x 3.5 mm RHS (up to 6.09 m high) Flat clamp bars: 40 x 5 mm Post centres: 2520 mm Sloping ground Panels can be stepped in increments of 30 mm as required within the clamp bar system. Where gradients exceed 1:16, it is recommended that taller panels are either part-buried or additional posts are used. Dulok double wire panel system detail The Dulok Double Wire panel system has been used in many applications where security, anti-cut-through fencing is specified, such as school perimeters and full-size football grounds, where up to 6.0 m high fencing may be required, and also multi-purpose games areas. A range of mesh apertures are available for different uses i.e tennis. Hot dip galvanised only or galvanised and polyester powdercoated. It is available with or without additional mid-rails or mesh panel infill. A kickboard may be fixed to the base for hockey/field sports applications. Solid panel infills are also available to enable signwriting and advertising space. This system can also be used as a trip rail, providing a strong and aesthetically pleasing trip rail opposed to the high maintenance wooden birdsmouth type. All components of the handrail are galvanised steel or aluminium before polyester powder coating with fixings being bzp finish. The standard colours are Green RAL 6005 and Black RAL RAL range of colours available.
