Cromed brass. Substrates All substrates suitable for ceramic tiles laying. A suitable substrate for laying ceramics wit te tin-bed metod must be clean, dry, compact, wit a roug texture and flat (deviations inferior to 3 mm every 2 m of surface). Features pro-telo stainless U-saped, folded metallic profile. 8 mm ig side. Smoot edge in 10, 25 or 40 mm. pro-telo aluminium U-saped, folded metallic profile. 10 mm ig side. 10 mm rounded front side. pro-telo recto U-saped, folded metallic profile. 10 mm ig side. 10 mm smoot, rounded front.

2 pro-telo pro-telo mosaic U-saped, folded metallic profile. 4 mm ig side. It features two side flanges wic create a 1 mm tiling joint. 25 mm smoot, rounded front. Anodized aluminium profiles are sensible to te combination of dampness and alkaline products like cement mortars. It is recommended to be extremely careful wen installing tem. Avoid contact wit cement mortars as far as possible an clean any mortar stain wic affects te exposed edge of te profile as soon as possible. pro-telo stainless Stainless steel profiles are produced by folding, so teir sape is sligtly different to tat of aluminium or brass profiles. Angles and sapes will always ave a rounded finis. Profiles made of V2A stainless steel are igly resistant bot to mecanical stress and cemical attack. Specially recommended outdoors. Features: Matt/Gloss/Brused Floor / Wall Indoor / Outdoor. Te profile is supplied wit a plastic film protecting it during installation. Once te profile installed, peel off te film wit a cutter. - - Not recommended for use in pools or any oter use in direct contact wit concentrated cemicals. Apply a tin layer of adesive on te substrate and press te profile against te adesive. Ceck tat te contact between te adesive and te profile is total. Level te profile wit te tile. Do not leave te profile above te tile level. As a general rule, we recommend to leave 1 mm joint between te profile and te tile. In stable substrates wit no movement risk, a minimum joint can be used. Before laying te following ceramic line, ceck tat te bonding material as ardened enoug as for te weigt of te ceramics not to move te profile. Before sealing te tiling joints, ceck tat te grouting material cosen does not scratc nor cemically alters te profile surface. If it does, cover te profile wit protective tape. Fill completely te joint between tile and profile wit grouting material. Never let te grouting material arden on te profile. Peel te protective film covering te profile. Never use metallic tools or abrasive elements wic can scratc te profile surface. Cut te profile wit a and saw or wit a circular saw wit a suitable disc. Be extremely cautious wen cutting stainless steel profiles. Cleaning and maintenance Tese profiles do not need cleaning and maintenance different from te tiles in wic tey are installed. Use neutral cleaning products. Do not use products containing ydrocloric or ydrofluoric acid. In any case, we recommend you perform a previous test before use.
