2 Tecsom make a great carpet tile. Given the amount of time we ve been doing it, that shouldn t come as a big surprise. Unlike ordinary carpet tiles all our standard collections are made from new generation bleach-proof 100% solution dyed nylon yarns so they stay looking better for longer and shrug off stains. Unlike ordinary carpet tiles we only use 100% recycled backing that is more stable and doesn t mark walls and skirting boards, backed up with BREEAM and SKA certification. The finished product is 100% recyclable. Unlike ordinary carpet tiles we support our standard collection with a real depth of stock more than half a million square metres ready to go. 7 OR GO OFF-PISTE If our standard tiles are unlike ordinary carpet tiles, our off-piste collection lets you do something really special. Special colours from 40 sq m available in loop and cut pile tiles, we just need a pantone. Special designs from a collection by internationally renowned designers like Tom Dixon, Jean Nouvel and Ron Arad from 40 sq m. Your own special off-piste design from 5 sq m just one box. Perfect for logos and individual touches to your project.

The subfloor should be clean, dry and solid. Tiles should be acclimatised prior to installation. Tiles can be loose-laid due to the exceptionally stable construction. However in heavy traffic areas and under castor chairs we recommend that a tackifier adhesive is used to stop the tiles moving around on the subfloor.
