3 Alshor Plus 120kN lightweight aluminium shoring system Fast Connections In Built Safety The innovative connection of frame to leg using blades and latches means a frame can be fixed in 10 seconds, minimising erection and dismantle times. Leg to leg connection is made using a boltless snap-fix spigot reducing erect and dismantle times still further. Orange coloured hand rail units for easy identification, advancing guardrails, integrated ladder units and working platforms with hinged platforms doors all contribute to ensure on site safety. Large Grid Sizes Fixed Leg Pockets With 120kN leg load capacity, larger grids can be achieved to minimize components and save erection time and labour cost. This is further enhanced with the use of the 3m width frame. 500mm spaced pockets means no measuring or checking of frame position when setting out. Fixed pocket locations ensure the erected structure is straight, reducing operator error, enhancing performance and improving safety.

4 Quick Strike On Site Maneuverability The integral load release feature on the long Jack allows the leg load can be struck with a single hammer blow, shortening the Jack by 12mm. Jacks can then be lowered further by rotating the screw collar to provide adequate clearance to the cast soffit. Alshor Plus comes with a range of accessories to ensure the easiest installation and maneuverability on site, including C-Hooks for easy movement between floors and castor units to quickly and safely move tables into position. 2

5 Rapidshor 80kN modular steel shoring system Large Grids Snap on Braces With ledger sizes up to 3m, unmatched grid sizes can be created, allowing a reduction in components, saving labour time and cost. Braces have a forging at each end, which contains a shaped pin that clicks quickly into the spring latch on the Ledger ends, providing a significant time saving on site in comparison with traditional coupler fixings. Tilting heads & bases Skewed Grids Tilts up to 30 degrees on the tilt axis, eliminating the need for timber wedges to overcome sloping ground and elevated slabs. Each rosette has eight trapezoidal slots, which are designed to allow a degree of lateral movement prior to the locking of the wedge, to enable irregular shaped structures to be erected without scaffold tube & couplers.

6 Stair Access Adjustable Braces Modular Rapidshor stair units are used to provide access to one or more boarded levels within a Rapidshor structure. Available in both steel and aluminium. Two sizes of adjustable braces are available, which can be fixed at variable lengths to accommodate all bay width and lift height variations. The shaped pin clicks quickly into ledgers for secure connection. 3

8 Kwikstage Propping Traditional and proven propping system Quick striking system Flexible Enables early removal of deck beams and plywood, saving time and cost. Variable ledger positions to suit leg loading, increasing flexibility of the system. Column make up Integrated system Make-up areas around columns can be supported simply by using infill beams, saving customer time and money. Braces fit to the standards using half couplers ensuring no loose parts, minimising loss and damage charges.

9 Wedge connections Simple erection Quick and easy to erect propping ties are fixed to the vertical standards using captive wedge connections, saving time. Simple erection procedure ensures stringent safety levels can be easily achieved. 5
