The building is split face concrete block, and standard concrete block with an EPDM roof, and aluminum framed double glazed windows and doors. This 222 M2 school accommodates eight to twelve students. Structural Summary: The construction is slab on grade with concrete foundation walls on concrete strip footings at 4' " minimum below grade. Interior and exterior walls are loading on concrete foundation walls with strip footings. Overall structural elements are good. Envelope Summary: Split face concrete block exterior walls with prefinished steel siding and top cap. Aluminum and pressed steel frame exterior doors with full length glazed side lights at the front entry. Aluminum frame double glazed windows. Roof is EPDM. Overall envelope integrity is good.
