10 Elemental is proposing to clad the building using the Metal Panel colour Metallic Bright Silver which will blend with the existing stucco colours of the Pool and the Giants addition. The panel cost is very cost effective $12-15/ s.f. installed compared to a conventional wall system that would require several trades to install at 4 to six ti mes the cost. A two inch layer of foam provides an R12 insulation that meets ASH RAE requirements for mass walls.
