THE TRAFFIC AND TRAVEL WAYS SHALL NOT BE ALTERED TO CREATE A WORK ZONE UNTIL ALL LABOR AND MATERIAL ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION IN THAT AREA. 7. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP STREET NAME IDENTIFICATION (STREET SIGNS) VISIBLE DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE EMERGENCY VEHICLE TRAFFIC. 11. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT BRING ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ONTO THE PROJECT. 12.
