2 Palpsht Company is a 100% Iraqi Kurdish Company and registered at MNR and AVL, and has served the Oil & Gas Field Construction needs of clients throughout Kurdistan Region of Iraq since its establishment. Palpsht Company s management has extensive experience in serving these industries on a Design and Build, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) basis. Palpsht Company is focusing on providing high value-added services to meet the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and civil needs of the process construction industries. Our Company carries out regular monitoring of all its Systems and Operating Procedures to ensure that all works undertaken or materials supplied through its approved major suppliers are carried out in full compliance with the very latest legislation and Oil & Gas recommendations. In line with this Total Quality Commitment the company has in-house Quality Assurance Systems in compliance with ISO to monitor and control all aspects of our works. Due to the nature of the work undertaken, the company has very high standards and guidelines of Safety Management and HSE Systems in compliance with ISO Specializing in Pipelines transporting Crude Oil and Gas, our Pipeline system consists of underground pipe and above ground storage tanks and pump stations. 3 Our Activities include but not limited to the following: Pipeline Construction: The construction of a pipeline is divided into three phases: pre-construction, construction and post-construction it s a highly-coordinated, well-planned operation by a large team of experienced professionals. Work Includes: Working according to standards API,, & ASME 31.3, Site Survey works and marking. Right of Way, Clearing and Grading. Piping transportation and stringing. Pipeline Joints Welding Activities (Manual or Automatic). PWHT if any and Hardness Testing. Joint Coating and Repairs of Coating or any Damage Caused to Line Pipes During Installation. Trenching (Excavation of pipeline ditch and backfilling with clean soil). Main, secondary & earth roads, railways, river crossings acc. to (API-. Reinforced concrete of pipelines weighting and slabs. Pipeline lowering & backfilling. Tie-in welding. Pig Launching and receiving installation. Valve station installation (Piping, Valves, and Supports). Well head connections. Hydrostatic Testing (Cleaning, Gauging, Filling, Pressurizing, Data Recording, Dewatering) and Holiday Testing. Drying, Treatment with Glycol. Temporary Cathode protection system installation (galvanic). Permanent Cathode protection system installation (impressed current or sacrificial anodes) and insulation joints installation. Pre-commissioning and provide assistance during Commissioning. As part of the Commissioning Team. As-Built Drawing.

We started our business constructing jacketed pipe and since then have expanded our company to provide heat ing solutions to a wide range of applications. Completing complex and custom engineered projects makes process piping second nature to us. Work Includes: Working according to standards ASME 31.1 & ASME Piping transportation. Pipe Joints Welding Activities (Manual or Automatic). PWHT if any and Hardness Testing. Joint Coating and Repairs of Coating or any Damage Caused to Pipes During Installation.
