8 2 nd Wave NUE/ NUCC GRP Piping Key Criteria/ Examples Erection services + Supply / Fabrication. Supplier required to have Min annual turnover of 7M The GRP Erection Work Package covers all the GRP piping erection works (including testing) of the turbine island, for an approximate weight of 100 tons for 2 units. The piping materials are free-supplied prefabricated up to a certain extent to the erection contractor by Alstom in the base case. This package includes the supply, fabrication and erection of steel supports (in the range of 100 tons for 2 units) as well as the installation of free-supplied valves and in-line components. Erection services include all necessary site logistics including scaffolding, temporary works and temporary site facilities. Alternatively, this package could be extended to the supply and fabrication of GRP piping to form a turnkey subcontract. Presentation title - 07/04/15 P 8

The Secondary Steel Structures Erection Work Package covers all the secondary steel structures erection works (mainly platforms and associated metal works, not forming part of the turbine hall main structure, together with small permanent handling devices) of the turbine island, for an approximate weight of 2000 tons handling devices for 2 units. The materials are considered free-supplied prefabricated up to a certain extent to the erection contractor by Alstom in the base case. Erection services include all necessary site logistics including scaffolding, temporary works and temporary site facilities. The preferred option would be to extend this package to the design, supply of materials and fabrication of these structures to form a turnkey subcontract. Presentation title - 07/04/15 P 9
