2 Simplicity and transparency are the two key words that describe our partition systems. The system impresses with its sleek lines and pure transitions. Transparency ensures the barriers you need without compromising architectural freedom, style and technical performance. Different door assemblies offer unique options and ensure that the adapts to the dream design of the customer, and not the other way round. Sliding, fully glazed or HPL-finished wooden (High Pressure Laminate) doors are just some of the many options to choose from. The system can easily be combined with the JB 2000 system and its many variants. Technical nodes can therefore be integrated flawlessly with no aesthetic loss. The system also combines with plasterboard systems, thanks to our own transition profiles. That makes for a seamless, smooth transition. 3 GLAZED PARTITION TECHNICAL DETAILS GLASS COUPLINGS The standard connections between the glass panels use an anodised aluminium I-profile (I-coupling), but here again other options are possible. In the corners too, the glass plates are joined by analogy with the normal/right connection. Possible glass connections: I - coupling* T - coupling H - coupling K - coupling * standard Vertical cross-section I-coupling* Corner solution The system features a continuous aluminium top and bottom profile, section 34x50mm (w x h) or 34x30mm (except JB 4000 XL), finished with a durable powder coating. A clip profile secures the glass. 5 PLAIN DOOR ASSEMBLY FULLY GLAZED DOOR ASSEMBLY GLAZED ALUMINIUM DOOR ASSEMBLY EDGE TRIM Plain doors are made in solid chipboard with an HPL finishing layer. The edge faces of the door leaf are fitted with solid hardwood stiles (meranti is standard). The door leaf is 50 mm and is therefore flush with the door frame both at the front and rear. This results in a very sleek, minimalist door assembly. The door leaf is placed in an aluminium door frame with a rubber rebated profile. The fully glazed door assembly consists of a glazed door leaf in toughened safety glass and is 10 mm thick. It is hung using "DORMA CLARIT hinges in the standard door frame. For locking, you can choose between the DORMA STUDIO RONDO and the JUNIOR OFFICE range. The advantage of these doors is their transparency, but our glazed aluminium door assemblies are superior in terms of acoustic performance. The door leaf consists of an aluminium frame (section 60 mm front side / 75 mm hinged side) with centrally mounted glazing in 66.2 laminated safety glass. The door leaf is flush with the partition front and back, creating a contemporary stylish appearance. This door leaf also uses the standard door frame. Because of the aluminium frame this door is acoustically superior to the fully glazed door assembly, with no loss of flexibility or aesthetics. The edge trim consists of an extruded aluminium frame profile that puts the finishing touch to the opening in the glass partition. You can choose to leave the opening open, but it can also take a glazed or full door leaf mounted on a floor spring (see photo). These door assemblies are available in full and standard heights integrated in the glass partition. Additional options include a built-in door closing device, drop seal, etc. Additional options include invisible hinges, pivot hinges, a builtin door closing device, an acoustically improved version, etc

6 PRODUCT INFORMATION PARTITION WIDTH The standard glass partition module is 900mm.
