1 Chemset Injection is a two component polyester resin anchor system in a coaxial cartridge with mixing nozzle. Developed for fixing awkward materials in hollow and solid sections where access may be difficult. Threaded rods or deformed reinforcing rod can be placed in the predrilled hole by hand after the resin has been dispensed, once cured it forms a high strength fixing.there are two grades of Chemset Injection System: Standard Grade and Tropical Grade. Tropical Grade Tropical areas of the world where constant heat keeps the temperatures of the substrate continuously high have a specific need for a slower setting chemical anchoring system. Ramset Tropical Grade Chemset Injection System has been developed with slower gel and cure times than the standard product to allow ease of application in tropical areas. ~ Portable delivery system no need for power tool adaptors to set the anchor rod. Applications Chemset Injection is ideal suited for; structured fixings, holding down fixings, fixings into moderate corrosive environment, anchors under cyclic loadings, adhering remedial anchors and into hollow material with use of accessories. 2 INSTALLATION 1. Drill correct diameter hole to recommended depth. Clean hole thoroughly with a nylon brush. Remove debris by way of vacuum pump, compressed air, hand pump etc. 2. Insert Mixer Nozzle and inject mixture into hole. Insert the stud into the bottom of the hole using a slow twisting motion. 3. Allow resin to cure as per recommendations. Attach fixture. 3 INSTALLATION INTO HOLLOW BLOCK 1. Drill hole and insert correct sleeve. Insert mixer nozzle into sleeve and inject resin to form a solid body of mortar behind the block. 2. Push stud into sleeve with a twisting motion. 3. Allow time to cure and attach fixture.
