4 APPLICATIONS OUR CHIP SYSTEM IS A BEAUTIFUL AND DURABLE SOLUTION GREAT FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS. The Chip System provides a granite look with an orange peel texture, which makes it a great floor for many applications. Its durability and chemical resistance are important, especially for high traffic areas and even commercial applications. > > Garage Floors > > Basements > > Patios > > Sidewalks > > Driveways > > Pool Decks PREPARATION Our main forms of preparation are shot blasting and diamond grinding which extend the life of your floor by giving it the greatest adhesion possible. To do this we use Werkmaster diamond grinders, hand grinders, and/or different shot blasting equipment. Since each floor is unique, we use a variety of equipment to ensure extreme porosity for a successful application every time! CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION Being from New York, we know our harsh winters can take a toll on concrete. We use Penntek Industrial Coatings menders and fillers in order to fix any pits, cracks, and/or spalls that are present in your existing concrete floor before we begin the coating process. 5 GARAGE FLOOR PROCESS In garage floor applications, we recommend a polyurea full chip system which includes a polyurea basecoat, chip, and polyaspartic topcoat BASECOAT We start by mixing a small amount of basecoat which is a 100% solids, self-priming pure polyurea product. We use this to cut into all of the edges around the floor. We them mix up larger amounts to coat the entire floor. BROADCASTING THE CHIP Once the floor is coated, we broadcast chip into the wet coating by hand, ensuring that the whole floor is entirely covered. SCRAPING THE CHIP Once the basecoat is fully cured, we scrape the floor with metal blades to remove any loose or vertically standing flakes. We then use a vacuum to recover any loose chip left behind on the floor. CLEAR COAT The final step is to roll out the UV stable polyaspartic clear coat. After four to six hours your can be walk on your new coating and after 24 hours you can park and drive on it. ONE DAY GARAGE FLOORS 3

The array of chip colors offer the ability to hide dirt and mud while the monolithic, nonporous surface means that dirt, oil, gas and other contaminants cannot penetrate the surface.
