1 Bill No 1 Gypsum Boards and False Ceiling Works: Preamble. The contractor shall, when pricing the rates of this bill, take into consideration including and allow for the costs or expenses of all requirements stipulated in the preambles, drawings and technical specification of the contract. Rates for all suspended ceilings works includes suspension system with anchors to the structure, L& Z, main & main profiles, omega profiles. clips, gaskets and all necessary fittings in accordance to the manufacture technical data and related standards covering this type of works, The rate includes also cutting and preparation for installing lighting fixtures, ceiling recess, maintenance openings, grills, ceiling utilities... etc. 1.1 Supply and install free standing gypsum wall partition, 240 cm height, double layer (8+8 cm thick) complete with Putty and Emulsion paint. Price includes 16*4 cm liquor painted wooden frame (oak wood) around edges. The price shall include all decorative beams, edges, recessed slab, squares, cuts, suspension & structural profiles, fixing with the walls, floor and ceiling and extra support where required-- etc to any shape and patterns to complete the works. The unit rate shall also include acoustic and thermal rock wool mats, 25mm thick and 25kg/m3 density, wrapped in black non inflammable dust proof sags in accordance with specifications and the related Standards. All done as per the approval of the Engineer. M Supply and install of Single face gypsum wall ( to hide installations and where required), complete with Putty and Emulsion paint. The price shall include all decorative beams, edges, recessed slab, squares, cuts, suspension & structural profiles, fixing with the walls, floor and ceiling and extra support where required-- etc to any shape and patterns to complete the works. 2 Bill No 2 Electrical Works: Preamble. All items price to include Supply, Installing, Connecting and testing unless otherwise indicated, the contractor are requested to have approved full coordinated work shop drawings before starting contract activities, the price also includes all works necessary to implement electrical works in approved manner. The contractor intended to order main and final distribution panel boards according to approved manufacturer drawings. The price to include submittals, catalogs, any manufacturer instruction. The contractor should install and construct all works according to drawings, specification tender documents, and requirement of Electrical Co. Contractor should also test & submit the electrical Work to the Electricity Co. & Municipality. 2.1 Electrical Switchboards: a. Supply, install, connect and test the electrical switchboards to the site, including all associated materials and labour, as described in the technical specifications. b. Cabinets with no access from the rear, made up of transparent polycarbonate cells, or sheet-metal cabinets with a 25% surplus space. c. The switchboards are to be placed on the floor, in a niche against the wall. d. Main supply lines enter from the switchboard bottom, top or side, while outgoing lines exit the switchboard from both its bottom and top sides. e. Price to include all structural elements required in order to install the switchboard, including bus-bars, terminals, wiring, bolts, clamps, etc. and for the equipment listed below. f. The switchboards shall contain accessories made by one of the following manufacturers: SIMENS, MERLIN GERIN, KLOCKNER-MOELLER or Equal Approved. UNDP - PAPPEngineering Unit 2-8

Prices for supply, installation and connection of various accessories including all associated labour and materials such as bus-bars, terminals, wiring reinforcements, mounts, engraved "sandwich" type identification plates, etc. including connection to mains supply - complete ready for use. 4 Bill No 3 HVAC Works: PREAMBLE The Contractor shall, when pricing the rates of this bill, take into consideration including and allow for the costs or expenses of all requirements stipulated in the preambles, drawings and technical specification of the contract. He should pay a visit to the site to get himself familiar with the required works, and moreover, all project facilities and Units shall include installation, adjustment, testing commissioning, and all required materials, equipment and workmanship to execute the items of construction in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and supervising engineers instructions, complete in place and ready for handing over. The following notes should be considered when pricing: a- The price shall include all required digging or excavation backfilling and cement covering as specified. b- The price shall include all connections to existing drainage HDPE pipes. c- The contractor must consider keeping the system running during the whole construction period. d- Important : Rates for Mechanical works Shall include removal and relepacement of existing False ceiling. Also it should include the repair of any damage may happen to any existing elments and sructure ( for example : Fallse ceiling, plasteruing, painting, wodden panels, etc.. ) caused by mechanical installation. No Extra Rate will be permited for repairing of any existing item. e- measurements are based on true length of center line of Pipe. UNDP - PAPPEngineering Unit 4-8

5 f- pipes 2" and below shall be threaded, Pipes over 2" shall be electrically welded. 3.1 Supply and install (S & I) of cold forged aluminum supply 4 way ceiling diffusers with volume dampers and all required fixing adaptors and flexible connection with duct as shown on drawings, all as made by Cooling Industries or Equally Approved (E.A) "X12" No Ditto but return grills with fillter, size is 120cm/30cm. 3.2 Supply and install single skin galvanized steel duct made according to SMACNA.The rate shall include all required hanger, supports, isulation splitter dampers, flexible connection and all required accessories made as shown in the drawings and according to specifications. No. 8 M Ditto as 2, but with 0.6mm Galvanized sheet cladding for protection of exposed duct work on the exterior including 1 1/2" thick, 12kg/m3 density glass wool thermal insulation cladded, and all screws and fittings needed. To complete the job according to drawings, specifications and the approval of the Engineer. 3.3 Supply and install 1" thick, 48kg/m3 density glass wool internal acoustic insulation cladded with canvis serface protection arround the duct work. M2 35 M Supply and install 1 1/2" thick, 12kg/m3 density glass wool thermal insulation cladded with with Aluminum foil arround the duct work. 3.5 Supply and install Flexible insulated round air duct including digging, excavation, hanging, plaster repairing, and all required fittings and accessories of diameter 6". 6 3.6 Supply, install and test of the following base mounted end suction centrifugal circulating pump of 4.20 L/S m head. Complete as shown in drawings with 2 pressure gauge, 2 insulating valves, 2 flexible connections, strainer-y type, nonreturn valve, vibration insulators, floating concrete base as shown in drawings and all electrical connections to main panel. 3.7 Supply and install black steel Sch.40 pipes with 19mm insulation and nylon wrapping. The work also include all valves, strainer, unions, nipples, fittings, hangers, required flow direction signs, and all needed other accessories to lay the pipe inside the trensh. All done according to drawings specifications and approval of the Engineer. No " LM Supply and install 0.6mm galvanized metal sheet cladding for protection of exposed pipe work on roof including all screws and fittings needed. All done according to drawings specifications and approval of the Engineer " LM Supply, install, test and maintain as per specifications and as shown on drawings a packaged roof top unit with hot water coil as made by Carrier (France), Daikin (Japan), York (USA) or equally approved. The job is complete with all required accessories,heating coil, 3-way motorized valve,motorized volume dampers,co2 sensor,ddc device with one temperature sensor and two enthalpy sensors,price is also includes concrete base & all required electrical control abd power connections, dampers for fresh and return air, primary air filter, drain syphone and all needed fittings. 7 3.10 S & I Sound attenuators, made as per Sound Attenuators Ltd. Flanged square type of size 175 x 50 cm. The silencers shall be manufactured to meet the sound criteria for Multi-purpose halls set by the latest edition of ASHRAE standard. The silencer shall be installed on the package unit supply and return duct. The silencer shall be manufactured of double skin and seated on sturdy steel support on the steel frame. No S & I of electrical switchboard for the A/C unit including all associated materials and labour.
