Date: VILLAGE PROJECTS ODNR Dam Failure Emergency Action Plan (EAP) The Village is under official notice by the ODNR to develop an emergency action plan (EAP) for their up-ground reservoirs by January This is required for all owners of class 1 dams in the state. Deadline for submitting and EAP is 12/31/17. The Village has received approval from ODNR for the OMI and EAP. Plans were submitted to the Village for review. 5 South Columbus Street Property This project involved the construction of a new parking lot at the southwest corner of Cherry Street and Columbus Street, along with drainage improvements that will connect to the storm sewer currently being installed on W. Cherry St. Preliminary plans provide 14 parking spaces and a landscaped open space on the corner. Revised concept plan has been submitted to the Village. A cost estimate has been submitted to the Village for review. No update.

2 Page 2 of 5 PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS 2018 Street Improvements This project involves crack sealing and microsurfacing within the western portion of the Sunbury Meadows subdivision, as well as pavement repair and asphalt planning and overlay on Letts Avenue, Hill Street, East Street, and Baughman Street. Final plans are contingent on improvements scope and limits for water main. Water main replacement plans are currently being developed. Plans were submitted to Del-Co for review. Del-Co has provided comments and plans are currently being revised. Sunbury Meadows Section 15 This section consists of 18 lots and is located within the east portion of Sunbury Meadows in the northeast corner of the development. Preliminary plat was approved at the 6/25/18 Planning and Zoning Commission and the final engineering plans were approved contingent on final engineering approval. Comments have been provided to the applicant 6/21/18. Revised plans were submitted 7/25/18 and are currently under review. Landscaping plan still to be submitted. Sanitary alignment

Sunbury Farms This subdivision consists of 127 single family lots located between Interstate 71 and Rome Corners road, south of Meadow Chase Drive. The property is currently not zoned and is proposed to be rezoned to Planned Residential District (PRD). Applicant has submitted a rezoning application which is currently under review. A public hearing was held at 8/27/18 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. No vote was held regarding the application. Planning and Zoning Commission has 60 days from the public hearing to make a recommendation to Council to grant, grant with amendments, or not grant the rezoning. 4 Page 4 of 5 Granville Street Multi-Family Development Little Walnut Creek Trunk Sewer Price Ponds Rezoning Magnolia Park (Formerly Orchid Park) MTB Fourwinds Rezoning PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION Sunbury Pointe Arrow Industrial Supply Dairy Queen Site work is largely complete. Sod is currently being placed on the site and final landscaping is being installed. Northbound left turn lane on S. Miller Drive at US36/SR37 has been installed. Construction is progressing on all buildings. Certificates of Occupancy issued for building 14 and the club house. Building is complete. Grading, utility services, and paving has been completed. Site work is approximately 85% complete. Occupancy permit has been issued with conditions. Landscaping and site lighting still to be completed. Landscaping still to be completed. Sunbury Meadows Section 12 Sanitary, storm, water, curb and gutter, mass grading, and roadway have all been installed. Street lighting still to be completed. Site work is approximately 90% complete. Taco Bell Chase Bank Underground utilities have been installed. Construction is progressing on the building. Final site inspection scheduled for 9/5/18. Underground utilities are currently being installed. Construction of the building has begun.
