4 General Flashings & Top Hats With a wide selection of materials, gauges and finishes the possibilities available for fabricated flashings are endless. Kingspan Insulated Panels holds a range of materials in stock to facilitate immediate supply of all clients requirements. These include aluminium and galvanised pre-coated steels from Kingspan and a range of insulated backings. Additionally, secret-fix joint detail options are available, providing clean, uninterrupted lines. Ridge Verge Flashings are available in a wide range of colours with a variety of steel thicknesses. Flashing girths are available from 100mm to 1,200mm and in lengths up to 6 metres. For longer lengths and more information please contact Kingspan Technical. Corner Drip Top Hat Sections Top hat sections, scalloped and profiled flashings are designed to blend in with other profiles and are available in steel up to 3 metres in length and aluminium up to 6 metres. 5 Insulated Pre-formed Corners Bespoke pre-formed corners are essential to the aesthetics of a building. Internal and external, vertical and horizontal units are available in the following options: single-cranked corners; double-cranked corners; chamfered corners; and column encasements. These panels offer architects the ideal solution for insulation continuity and an alternative appearance to corner flashings. 6 Insulated Gutters Guttering is supplied in insulated or uninsulated steel and aluminium in our full range of finishes, and can be made to any detail or design to meet all architectural requirements. Membrane Lined Insulated Gutter The Membrane Lined Insulated Gutter is suitable for both boundary wall and valley gutter applications. It is available for manufacture to customers requirements up to and including 6 meters long, making it fast to install. For any additional information including longer lengths, please contact Kingspan Technical. The system incorporates a closed cell fire resistant FM certified PIR insulation core. which is non-deleterious with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP). It is fully tested and provides a thermal resistance of R=3.0 m 2 K/W and R=6.0 m 2 K/W for 60mm and 120mm thicknesses respectively. Gutter components to complete the system, including internal and external corners, stop ends,t-sections, sumps, overflows and weirs are available on order. 7 Highline Gutters & Components Highline Gutters Lightweight pre-coated steel guttering is available in lengths up to six metres and supplied in a corrosion resistant range of finishes. Downpipes, brackets and accessories are also available to complete the gutter system. Additionally, Kingspan offers unique architectural hopper boxes, incorporating downpipes and bracketry. Gutter Design Software Kingspan Insulated Panels provides a full gutter design package specifying all technical data to confirm that your gutter is of a functional design.
