4 EPOX PR 100 Solvent-Free, Epoxy Based Concrete Primer EPOX PR 100 is a solvent free epoxy based concrete primer. It penetrates the application surface very well and increases the impact and chemical resistance. EPOX PR 100 provides better adhesion for following layers. It is used on flat, curved, eternit roofs, cement zinc, precast and concealed creeks, all kinds of cracks; on vertical and horizontal building dilatations, swimming pools, side walls, underground foundation walls and for the insulation of all kinds of metals. It may be used for affixing foam and insulation panels. EPOX PR 100 is used for as a primer for epoxy systems. As impregnating and sealing agent on concrete, mortar, stone. Increases concrete s impact resistance. The application surface has to be cleaned and made completely rust, oil, dust and contaminant free. Surface shouldn t be humid. Before application,surface must be completely free of loose layers. If the surface is too shiny, it must be roughened using a shot-blast or fraise. Component A is mixed in its own can. Then the component B is poured into the can of component A during stirring, and they are mixed together using a mixer, till a homogenous mixture is obtained. The mixing time shouldn t exceed 3-4 minutes. The cycle of mixer is cycle/min. 5 EPOX EM 200 Solvent Free, Epoxy Based Concrete Impregnation Primer EPOX EM 200 is a solvent free, epoxy based impregnation primer for concrete surfaces. Since it does not contain any solvent or active substance, it can easily be applied for indoor applications. It penetrates in the application surface very well and fills up the capillary holes. It increases the impact and chemical resistance of the complete coating system. It is used on flat, curved, eternit roofs, cement zinc, precast and concealed creeks, all kinds of cracks; on vertical and horizontal building dilatations, swimming pools, side walls, underground foundation walls and for the insulation of all kinds of metals. 6 EPOX FL 500 Solvent Free Epoxy Based Floor and Wall Paint EPOX FL 500 is a two components, solvent free epoxy based floor and wall paint. It is used on flat, curved, eternit roofs, cement zinc, precast and concealed creeks, all kinds of cracks; on vertical and horizontal building dilatations, swimming pools, side walls, underground foundation walls and for the insulation of all kinds of metals. It may be used for affixing foam and insulation panels. EPOX FL 500 is applied on metal and concrete surfaces. It can be used as top coat for wet surfaces, food factories and storages, wall and surfaces, supermarkets, shops, department stores etc. Mix. After cleaning and drying, concrete surface is impregnated with EPOX EM 200 Solvent Free Epoxy Concrete Impregnation Primer or primered with EPOX PR 100 epoxy primer. Premix A and B components. Add B component to A component and mix until uniform in color. Transfer mixture to clean container and mix again for at least 1 minute. EPOX FL 500 can be applied on the referred primers using a roller, brush or preferably airless pistole. When applying primer, intermediate and top coats, there must be a waiting period of hours between the layers at 23 C. If this period exceeds 24 hours, surface must be grinded before the next layer s application. The time of application between layers is increased at low temperature and decreased at high temperature. 7 EPOX FL 600 Water Based Epoxy Floor Coating EPOX FL 600 is a two component, epoxy based, water dilutable floor coating. Used to protect concrete substrates from abrasion, prevents dusting and penetration of liquids. Suitable for light mechanical stress, and pedestrian traffic. Recommended for application over green and damp concrete and can be Ideal for food processing plants, pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, electronics industry, textile and weaving mills, hangars, storey car parks and garages, bottling plants, control rooms, laboratories, plastic manufacturers etc. Specific gravity : 1.30 ± 0.05 kg/lt. Volume solids : 45% Can be applied to Green or damp concrete. Can be used over aged asphalt surfaces layed indoors. Self priming on most substrates. Rapid drying, earlier walk-on time. Provides dust free, seamless floor which is extremely easy to clean. Substrate should be fine - gripping and solid, free from loose and friable particles, surface laitance, dust, oil, grease, previous coatings. All dust and other debris from the preparation process must be removed prior to continuing with the work. Prepared surfaces should be primed with EPOX FL 600, diluted with % clean potable water. Prior to the application, concrete surfaces should be soaked with clean potable water to reduce the danger of pinholes, prior the application of primer coat. Surfaces should only be damp. All standing water must be removed before the application. Apply the primer coat to form a thin, continuous film by roller. Avoid over application and puddles. Porous floors may require two coats of primer. For top coat application, mix the components as supplied. Once mixed, the EPOX FL 600 must be used at once. 8 EPOX FL 700 Solvent Free, Epoxy Based, Anti Slip Textured Floor Coating EPOX FL 700 is a two component, solvent free, epoxy based, anti-slip textured floor coating for metal and concrete surfaces. It can be applied on wet surfaces. Food and beverage industry is one of the possible application areas. Economical industrial floor coating in areas like production plants, sales rooms, warehouses. Then component B is poured into the can of component A during stirring, and they are mixed together using a mixer till a homogenous mixture is obtained. The mixing time shouldn texceed 3-4 minutes. The cycle of mixer is cycle/min. If the mixer speed is high, it causes air bubbles in the mixture. If application surface is concrete, surface should be cleaned with shot blast or fraise. After cleaning and drying, concrete surface is impregnated with EPOX EM 200 Solvent Free Epoxy Concrete Impregnation Primer or primered with EPOX PR 100 epoxy primer. If necessary, metal and concrete surfaces can be leveled with one of the solvent free epoxy mortars after priming. EPOX FL 700 can be applied on the referred primers or on any Solvent free Epoxy Intermediate Coat which is recommended by BAUMERK. When applying primer, intermediate and top coats, there must be a waiting period of hours between the layers at 23 C. 9 EPOX SL Components, Epoxy Based Self Leveling Floor Coating EPOX SL 800 is a solvent free, 2 components, epoxy based self leveling epoxy based floor coating with high chemical resistance. If required, quartz can be added. EPOX SL 800 has a wide application area. Perfect floor coating material for industrial floors, parking areas, storages, supermarkets, workshops, shops, department stores, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical, medicine, food, electronics production facilities, etc. Mix. After cleaning and drying, concrete surface is impregnated with EPOX EM 200 Solvent Free Epoxy Concrete Impregnation Primer or primered with EPOX PR 100. After primer application, self leveling material is spread on the floor with a special trowel and gauge. Forming air bubbles, must be removed using a meddle roller. It can be used as self leveling with the addition of the third component (quartz). When applying primer, intermediate and top coats, there must be a waiting period of 8-24 hours between the layers at 23 C. If this period exceeds 24 hours, surface must be grinded before the next layer s application. The time of application between layers is increased at low temperature and decreased at high temperature. Then the component B is poured into the can of component A. They are mixed together using a mixer for 3-4 minutes. During stirring, C component is slowly added and continue mixing until a homogenous mixture is obtained. If application surface is concrete, surface should be cleaned with shot blast or fraise. After cleaning and drying,concrete surface is impregnated with EPOX EM 200 Solvent Free Epoxy Concrete Impregnation Primer or primered with EPOX PR 100.
