CEO`s Message Pivot Engineering General Contracting has been established in 1978 with the idea of contributing to constructional development in UAE.During this time, with the headquarters in Abu Dhabi and regional offices within the other Emirates, the Company has been providing full spectrum of engineering and general contracting services. 8 Our Services Civil Works Construction is Pivot s core competence, and we continually strive to find methods to improve procedures and services that will benefit current and future projects. During our 40 years of operations, we have successfully completed more than 100 projects, including hotels, luxury villa compounds, high-rise buildings and shopping malls. We are proud to have developed relationships with a range of clients from both the public and private sectors. We are committed to strengthening these existing relationships and to develop new relationships with new Clients. Our in-house engineering and technical resources teams include highly qualified and experienced civil engineers, quantity surveyors, safety, quality and procurement engineers, who have substantial experience in projects which range in type, size and scale. We are committed to continuous improvement and we aim to maximise value via a lean approach. Our objectives are to: Prevent the need for any re-work; Provide a high quality project, delivered on time and on budget to ensure maximum value to Clients; Manage logistics to ensure the required resources are on site, at the right time. 3 Technical Team 1 11 Pivot benefits from an in-house technical team which is comprised of trained and experienced architects and draftsmen. Picture 4 - Al Rayanna Residential Development, Abu Dhabi - Hot and Cold Water Supply MEP Division The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division is staffed and managed by a skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians. All aspects of MEP work are covered, from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support and the preparation of shop drawings. Additionally there is a full team of highly qualified site personnel including foremen, charge hands and tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ductmen, AC technicians and all necessary workshop personnel. Having a fully operational and independent MEP division allows Pivot to execute MEP works on its projects with full control and without the need for MEP subcontractors, thereby avoiding delays and extra expenses. Completed Al Khalidiyah Village. The scope included all civil, MEP and infrastructure works for the construction of 150 villas, community centre, guardhouse and mosque. Contract value: 1,416,000,000 AED. Completed Bainunah II Tower, Abu Dhabi consisting of 3B+G+26+R on behalf of Private Property Management. All civil and MEP works. Contract value: 272,750,000 AED. Completed Saraya C2 Tower, Abu Dhabi Consists of 2 basement levels, providing 234 parking spaces, a ground floor, mezannine, 3 podium levels, an amenity floor, 32 typical floors and roof floors. Completed Musalla Al Eid Tower, Abu Dhabi on behalf of Al Nahda Investment. The scope included all civil and MEP works for the construction of the 4B+G+M+15+R building. Contract value: 92,462,351 AED. Completed Lake Shore Tower, Jumeirah Lakes, Dubai on behalf of Capital Invesment. Completed The package is mainly consists of the main works construction of The First Avenue Mall and otel. Shopping Mall and additional 4 upper floors providing hotel accommodation with 147 keys. Total built- up are: 418,44sqm. Contract value: 363,267,204 AED.Completed Al -4 Remal Mall, Al Ain on behalf of Sorouh Real Estate. The scope of works included all civil, MEP and infrastructure works for the construction of a four-storey shopping mall providing 128,810 sq m of built-up area. Contract value: 443,500,000 AED. Completed Barsha Boutik Offices, Dubai. The scope of works included all civil and MEP works for the construction of an office building consisting of three basements, six typical floors and a roof. Contract value: 94,077,956 AED. Completed First Gulf Bank, Dubai. All civil and MEP works for the construction of a commercial building consisting of 2 basements, ground and mezzanine and first floor. Contract value: 39,000,000 AED. Completed Lulu Hypermarket, Dubai. The scope of works included all civil and MEP works for the construction of a hypermarket consisting of a ground and two upper floors. The scope included all civil and MEP works for the construction of a hotel apartment building, providing 144 keys and retail units located at ground level. Contract value: 59,500,000 AED. Completed Al Ain Rotana Hotel, Al Ain on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan. The scope included all civil and MEP works for the construction of a five star hotel providing 114 keys, with all associated leisure, recreational and dining faciltiies. Contract value: 53,415,522 AED. Completed Al Mafraq Hotel, Abu Dhabi on behalf of Abu Dhabi National Hotel Company. The scope of works included all civil and MEP works for the construction of a five star luxury hotel providing 228 keys with all associated leisure, recreational and dining faciltiies.
