Complete as directed by the Architect. 2 WATERPROOF PLASTERING ON WALL : Providing waterproof plastering to the walls with waterproof compound with cement plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats in cement morter in 1:4 with finish to concrete or brick surface in all position including scaffolding and curing. Neeru finish from internal & sand face plaster from external wall. Complete as directed by the Architects.. 3 VITRIFIED TILES FLOORING WITHOUT TOILET / ATM /SAFE ROOM & LOCKER ROOM : Providing & fixing Vitrified tiles floring size 3'-0" x 3'-0" in entire office area of approved make and colour with 2" x 2" steel squares design laid on CM 1:4 cement morter bedding, including colour cement joints, levelling & cleaning the same after completion of work. Complete as directed by the Architects. ( Basic rate of tile Rs. 90/- per Sft. ) 4 VITRIFIED TILES SKIRTTING : Providing & fixing vitrified tiles 4" skirting set in cement morter bedding, including colour cement joints, levelling & cleaning the same after completion of work. Complete as directed by the Architects. 5 GYPSUM BOARD FALSE-CEILING WITHOUT TOILET / ATM / SAFE ROOM & LOCKER ROOM : P/F false-ceiling made as per India gypsum mannual complete with main & secondary channels, 12 mm thk. Complete as directed by the Architect. 7 ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL ON OUTSIDE ENTRANCE WALL : Providing & fixing 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite panel by using required Areldite, fittings, etc. on the entrance wall and bottom portion of the existing board. Complete as directed by the Architect. 8 PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT : Remove the existing paint, filling up all the cracks, holes with white cement or crack filler materials, paint the wall with one coat of approved quality primer, put one coat of pulti to make surface smooth, clean the walls with polish paper. Provide second coat of primer and wherever required put the pulti to make walls in level. Apply three coats first quality plastic paint. Complete as directed by the Architect. 9 OIL PAINT : As specified in item No. 8 Oil paint to the windows, grills, doors frames,etc. 10 TEXTURE PAINT : As specified in item No. 8. Texture paint on wall of approved color and shade. Drawers shall be made out of 3/4" thk. t.w planks on all sides and 6 mm thk. marine ply for bottom with side shelves at intervals with shutters and drawers provided with necessary brass hinges, tower bolts, handles, godrej multi-purpose locks / master key lock, sliding channel, etc., Making Key board drawer with side lock and sliding channel. All surfaces visible from customers sides, top surface of counters, facias, external surfaces of shutters shall be finish with moulding, laminate of approved shade and design All other surfaces shall be finished with french polish etc., Complete as per Core-Banking detail drawing and directed by the Architect. 2 CASH CABIN PARTITION : Providing & fixing partition up to 5'-3' height made out of 2" x 2" aluminium frames at 2'-0" C/C vertically & 2'-0" C/C horizontally with 6 mm thick marine Plywood on both side upto 3'-6" high. The partition shall be provided with 12 mm thick clear glass with itching for front & side only above 3'- 6" high. Finished with 1.0 mm laminate of approved shade & design with decorative moulding & exposed surfaces will be finished with french polish/paint.the door shutter shall be provided with heavy duty brass fittings like hinges, tower bolts, godrej night latch, door closers, etc., Finished with french polish / paint. DOOR FOR TOILET PASSAGE / SAFE ROOM & LOCKER ENTRANCE : Providing & fixing 3'-0" x 7'-0' door with 4" x 2" t.w frame made out of 35 mm marine flush door finished with 1.0 mm thk laminate of approved shade & design on both side with stainless steel mat finished handles, Heavy duty door closers, godrej locks, etc. and french polish. Complete as per detail drawings & as directed by the Architect. 185 Sft. 3 Nos 7 RECEPTION TABLE : Size : 5'-6" x 2'-3", 2'-6" height made out of 19 mm thk marine ply for all sides, etc.,the top is made out of 19 mm thick round moulded marine ply finished with 1.0 thk laminate of approved shade & design The appron will be in 18 mm thick marine ply finish with 1.0 mm thk metal laminate. The key-board drawer with proper size. The side credenza will be 1'-3" deep, 2'-6" height & 3'-6" length made out of 19 mm thk marine ply with 1.0 mm thick laminate. The Drawers should run on sliding channel with required godrej locks, handle, magnatic latch, etc., Finished with polish/paint. Complete as directed by the Architect. 10 STORAGE CABINET : Providing & fixing storage cabinet. The Modular type postfoaming top matching to the tables is made out of 19 mm thick marine ply finished with 1.0 thk laminate of approved shade & design thick.marine ply edges shall be provided with t.w. lipping. The shutter 19 mm thk. openable/sliding. The back ply shall be 6 mm marine ply with terminate hinges, towerbolts, s.s handles, godrej locks & magenatic bollketch.the shutter shall be finished with 1.0 thk laminate of approved shade & colour. The shelves shall be 19 mm thk. marine ply with t.w. lipping on edges with matching polish/paint. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with laminate including edges with paint or laminate and internal surfaces with french polish. Complete finish with mellamine polish/ duco paint.
